On the recommendation of a family member, my wife and I decided to make a stop for happy hour. The burgers are really outstanding and very well priced. The ambiance is nice and the service was as good as it gets. I most definitely recommend a happy hour stop

My girlfriend and her two friends went to the movies together and we decided to eat here. It was happy hour and we thought this would be a good choice. We ordered the fried chicken wings and they came overcooked and we're very dry with hardly any sauce, and when we asked for barbecue sauce, the only thing they had was blue cheese, and some kind of steak sauce. we ordered the Wagyu hamburgers and I asked for bacon and cheese on mine and instead got mushrooms and bacon. The mushrooms were very chewy and the burger had no flavor. The best thing about the meal was the fries. Other than that, needless to say, I was disappointed in our meal. I feel like I would've gotten more flavor out of an In-N-Out burger, the waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs but other than that, I was not impressed with the food whatsoever

I was fortunate to celebrate my 60th birthday here and it was a very special experience. Our served Anna took such good care of us and the manager made a point to stop by, check in and say hello too. Anna got complimentary champagne for us and a delicious dessert. The food was outstanding and she did a great job of explaining the dishes and giving recommendations. We had yummy sauces on the side for our steak and she even brought a fancy selection of salts to try with it too. It made it a very interactive and immersive experience. She also took care to ask how we wanted the timing to go and it was spot on and so fun. It's wonderful to have such a great place in San Ramon. Loved it!!! Please support this amazing restaurant!

We've been here a couple of times and they've always had good steaks. I wish they brought back the porterhouse but otherwise good is consistently good. We had Ana as a server and she was the greatest! She made sure we were well taken care of and she was extremely friendly. Ambience is very classy. Tbh I'm more of a rustic steak guy but it still works because of the service.

All the bar seats will be full, and fast. Happy hour; - $10 drinks (red/white/pink/sparkling wine and cocktails) - $10 Wagyu burger with fries (4.25/5 stars) - $10.50 half dozen oysters Service is comparable to restaurants in the area.

Been wanting to try out LB Steak for a while and decided to go for our anniversary- happy that we did! Booked a reservation for an early dinner, so all the food came out fairly quickly. The host, waitress, and manager were attentive and kind in wishing us a happy anniversary as well as adding beautiful flowers to our table. We ordered the tomahawk for two, mashed potatoes, baked potato, oysters, drinks, broccolini, foraged mushrooms, and cocktails- which were all tasty, especially the steak!

I like this restaurant but yesterday my wife came in to get a drink with 2 friends. They came in around 955pm but didn't know they closed at 10pm. A waitress made a side comment that somebody in my party heard. She was heard saying under breathe "ugh that is so rude and disrespectful". Not wanting any issues they decided to leave but the bartender said don't worry it's not a problem and convinced the. To stay and have a drink. Apologizing for her behavior. I understand it's closing and you want to leave but keep your mouth shut so customers can't hear. Me personally I would've said something to her if I was there. In the future Keep your mouth shut lady.

The service is great, but the quality of the food is more about appearance than actual quality. We ordered steaks of the same size and type, yet I can assure you they definitely don't weigh the same. Waffle and pancakes are usually hard to taste bad but it kinda of does.
Consistently good food and service. Their HH is probably one of the best in the area in terms of food and drink options. If the weather is nice, they have outdoor seating along with some firepit tables with sofa lounge chairs.

I would love to give thanks to ANA, our server, and hands down on both our cooks, JESUS, and CHRIS. It was our first time there, and man, oh man, it was by far the best ever. Excellent meal. Enjoyed the 3-course prix fixe dinner LB Steak offered for Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week. The ice berg wedge salad was one of the best I've ever had. The petite filet, perfectly cooked to order, was accompanied by mashed potatoes and root vegetables. Dessert was a chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice cream and tiny chocolate chips, all of which melted in one's mouth. A perfect meal!!

We had the Tri-Valley Restaurant Week prix fixe luncheon of an iceberg wedge salad and the Wagyu beef sandwich with Cole slaw and French fries. The food quality was excellent and a great value ($25 for generous portions). We received a warm greeting from the hostess and our server, Ana, was attentive, friendly and reason enough to return.
