The employees that work here are inexperienced, rude, and passive aggressive. Provided horrendous experiences. The manager, Sandra is the worst. She will overcharge you for a meal even though you never asked for one, then act rude and hostile if you ask for a refund. I cannot believe that the store manager at this locations never shows up! Don't come to this location if you value your time and money.

Got a double quarter pounder, some fries, 10 chicken nuggets, and a mocha frappe. Went through the drive through. All the food was hot and fresh. Super hungry from a swim so I devoured everything. Restroom was clean. Would definitely go to this location again.

Poor customer service. Ordered 2 small beverages and 1 medium size. They were all in same size cups. When I asked this lady working there about it, she was VERY rude about it as if we accused her of something. WE are paying for something, WE need to ensure we get what we pay for.
This lady said she made all three beverages in medium cups, she showed us a small empty cup and then walked away humming some song really loud.
I don’t get it, why do a job you hate? It’s not like these fast-food restaurants are cheap anymore. These employees should visit In-n-out here and there to learn what customer service is.

The food was fresh and hot but that's because I went there around lunch time. What can you say about a McDonald's. It's got an indoor play gym for the kids so it's not too quiet but the funny kids running around make you laugh.

LOUD! The food was great and the service was prompt, but PLEASE build a partition between the play-place structure and the main eating environment! The shrieking alone is a very effective birth control, though... It's a reminder that kids are a handful - and an earful.
