The food was fresh and hot but that's because I went there around lunch time. What can you say about a McDonald's. It's got an indoor play gym for the kids so it's not too quiet but the funny kids running around make you laugh.

LOUD! The food was great and the service was prompt, but PLEASE build a partition between the play-place structure and the main eating environment! The shrieking alone is a very effective birth control, though... It's a reminder that kids are a handful - and an earful.

they have a skeleton crew and too much work to care, let alone help the customer. the kiosk. wasn't working right. the lady gave me an attitude when I told her. she couldn't get it fixed and rang me up. the coupon was in limbo because it was used at the kiosk. it was for a free medium fry. she gave me a small, then gave me more attitude when I told her it was wrong.
I went to use the restroom. their was no toilet paper or toilet seat covers. other customer are bring napkins in and using them. I let them know it was out and she was rude about that.
I hate this new thing all McDonald's is doing with no staff up front. yes, I feel bad for bugging you, but their is no one up front anymore. no customer service. I will not come here again.
