Great location and outstanding food and service as always. It was easy to park in the adjoining parking lot and enjoy the food after the Saturday farmers’ market.
Ordered for pick up. How come they don't put the pick up orders on the shelves like the instructions said? I was waiting for it from the outside and instead they put all their pick up orders at the cashier.I ordered by usual pink lady beet salad and the beets I kid you not looked off, the coloring was all sorts of weird. They looked stale and pale, and when I bit into them they were hard and felt undercooked.Another gripe I have is I ordered a bottle of their chipotle dressing and the menu online looks like it was packaged in an actual bottle but what I received was many individual little to-go containers instead. What a huge disappointment and a waste of $6ish or whatever it was. Also a huge plastic problem. Disappointed overall with this location and their quality control.

While there were 13 people working there on the day I came in (the most people I have every seen working in a sandwich shop at one time), the service was AWFUL. If you place a "to go" order, they do not call out your name when your order is ready. They just set the bag on the counter and expect the customer to guess as to what order is theirs. Crazy. Similarly, for those who were dining in, they had a hard time getting those orders to the right people. Mass confusion by the employees at the counter. Here is a tip on basic business operations: 1. Overstaffing will not solve a poor process flow - hire fewer people, and get them organized. 2. The manager needs to train the front-line workers in the concept of efficiency and basic customer satisfaction. This is an extremely poorly run business.

It was my first time trying Mendocino Farms, so I decided to stop by. When entering you immediately see a large menu board at eye's view, no straining or stretching of the neck required.The facility was clean,well kept & well staffed.I wanted to order half sandwich & half salad but the Chimichurri sandwich & Avo Quinoa salad didn't qualify so I just ordered it separately.Orders:Chimichurri Sandwich offered a nice portion of steak & bacon topped off with sweet red peppers, but it was a little too oily for me, the bread was fresh & complimented the meat.Avocado Quinoa Ensalada offered a nice crunchy texture with nice plump cherry tomatoes. I really enjoyed the texture to this & can see why this has become a popular item to order. The salad dressing had a sweet taste to it that surprised me, but it went well with the salad.Each item tasted great at the time, but for some reason both my daughter & I got a bad stomachache after eating it, so I don't know if I would return to this particular location.
I ordered the Kale Cesar Salad and it was absolutely delicious. The mix of Kale and romaine worked out great. The addition of avocado added a bit of a smooth consistency that I loved. I added some chicken which worked with the salad, however I probably could have had it without it and it still would have been good. Service was good, I took my time to order and one of the workers came around the counter to see if I needed any assistance. I ordered my food then went and sat down, not realizing that I needed to scan in to let them know where I was sitting. Anyways I happened to get up and go to the counter at the right time as they were preparing my to go order. They were all helpful though. I'll for sure be back!!

Highly recommend this spot! I ordered a half of the not so fried chicken sandwich with the pesto pasta salad. The sandwich was packed with flavors, especially loved the pickled onions. It also came with dipping sauces, one was like a bbq and other was some type of mustard. The bbq sauce was whatever to me but the mustard sauce was DELICIOUS with the sandwich. The pesto pasta salad was also very good. You cant go wrong with a pesto pasta salad. I will definitely be coming back to try more items on their menu.
