Loved the service !The BACHAN'S BOWLcilantro lime brown rice, arugula, cabbage, crispy chicken, avocado, edamame, cucumbers, radishes, scallions, ginger sesame drizzle, Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce drizzle was yummy ! But had to eat most for dinner has the portions are plenty ! Must try the chocolate chip cookie ?

I went out of my way to try a lot of salad places while I was in the area and this one was my favorite, hands down. Not only was it my favorite salad, it was my favorite meal. I loved all the choices you could make and the people behind the counter are super helpful and patient (Thank you!) I had the salad that I dreamed and it was helped with a recommendation from the person helping me. It was a great place to chat with friends and enjoy delicious, gigantic salads.

Stopped here for lunch while on a work trip and had the best salad ever! I immediately looked up their locations in hopes that there was one in San Diego, but sadly not yet. This place had a huge selection of salad toppings. I loved how they had salads on the menu, that you could also customize or start from scratch and create your own! The employee helping me was great and listened to all my substitutions and additions to my harvest salad. It is nice they toss everything with the dressing so every bite is perfect. They have indoor and outdoor seating and you can pre-order online and even get nutrition facts on all your customizations! Service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean and inviting. Will definitely return here!

I really want to like this place as I love to have a salad after the gym. However, this is my fourth time coming in and being completely ignored by the staff because they’re in the back. If the owner is reading this post they should monitor them as they are definitely losing business. A couple times it took almost 20 minutes to get a salad with with only 3 people in line. The ingredients is pretty good but is pricey for what it is. But I was willing still go there for the convenience.

I ordered two ochard salads with dressings on the side. I received no dressing and because I was house sitting they randomly didn't have any at the house or even balsamic vinegar... had do to try to eat them dry but ultimately went hungry... bad night.
The staff is extremely rude!! Friday September 1st. It’s very slow, here with my family. Dining room is filthy, staff is very rude. It’s like they don’t want anyone to be here.

Came here for dinner with the boo. Was craving something "healthy" but ended up getting the salad with the fried chicken lol. The peachy was not bad! The chicken was super crispy but tender on the inside. The peaches added a bit of tang. The dressing was a ranch-like sauce but they drizzle the chicken with basically a sweet bbq tasting sauce. Altogether the flavors work! Seating is plentiful. Most people order to go. Will definitely be back to try their other salads!

Asked for a kids no greens salad with add-ons, like I have in the past, and they charged me for a full design your own salad. I was so confused- I've had it before and the workers made it perfectly fine, but now they said they can't do it anymore and it had to be a design your own salad. It was $7 more expensive, for only a little bit more. Definitely not going back.
