IF you like southern bbq, if your from Tennessee, Texas or all the above, this is THE place. I've had a lot of BBQ, but this topped my list. Me and my girlfriend drove by the place for so many years, and every time we roll down the window to smell. This was the first day I actually had time to stop, and im SUPER thankful I did. Our family has known Peni, Sherry,there kids and grandkids for over 12 yrs now. Once I saw and smelled the bbq over 12 yrs ago I gravitated towards it and have been a huge fan since. Their island q is the best on the mainland and I recommend trying it all since I don’t have a favorite. You can see the passion and love that this family puts towards sharing a little bit of their heritage through their food with all of us. I highly recommend giving it a try and definitely passing...
Just tried Ofa's Island BBQ at the Livermore Sunday Farmer's Market. The food was amazing, great smokey, sweet flavor and generous portion with the chicken, pork, ribs, rice and cucumber salad. We'll worthy the money!
