10/10, Most of the stores I go to, they always put as little as they can and looks dry af. Here no, they did not shy away from putting food on my plate and it actually looks really good. Super nice staff. Not sure why they have low reviews. It's the best one I've ever been to. Only cuz I did not need to ask to put a little bit more food. 10/10 again. All panda stores should be like this. Good job!!

I would like to give a big shoutout to Judyth at Panda Express Crow Canyon, San Ramon. She was an absolutely sweetheart, extremely helpful and kind. She knew exactly what she was doing. She made our plates very well and organized everything on the bag perfectly. Thank you so much to Judyth once again. Best employee!

The food was great, Fresh hot and tasty. Plenty of parking but lot's of people. The long wasn't very long, i felt it went pretty fast. I do feel like the customer service could have been better like maybe smile for instance, make your customer's feel welcomed.
