My favorite place to get a pizza. A sign on the door states this location is permanently closed on Aug 16 2021. Bummer!!! I'm giving 1 star for being closed.

The young staff here is great! Always nice and professional and patient with our sometimes odd orders like 1/4 jalapenos and 1/2 chicken. We get pizza here all the time; it is fast and convenient and tastes great!

My go to is a large Chicken Bacon Artichoke on thin crust. It is delicious! I would seriously put it right there next to Mountain Mike's and Round Table quality pizzas. Also, how can you beat the $12-$18 prices with no tax? Customer service has always been great. Good job guys!

Placed an online order for a 5:30 on 12/31, got there about 30 minutes early and the young girl behind the counter was super nice and quickly made our order! Everything was delicious and the service was 5 star worthy, we'll definitely be returning soon

Had a great experience tonight at Papa Murphy's in San Ramon. The young lady who made my two pizzas was a delight. Great conversation while she made the pizzas. I would highly recommend this place for dinner any night of the week.

We used to order from this Papa Murphy's frequently and it was always a good experience. We haven't ordered for quite a while, though, so I was really disappointed with our recent order! We ordered the Papa's Favorite with original crust; what we got was a crust that was thin, stingy toppings, and there was very little sauce and cheese. Overall, a very dry pizza that was a waste of money.
Horrible service, if I could give zero stars I would. Will never come back to this location. I paid online and they messed my order up completely. The supervisor said they could not refund me the money and I would have to drive back another 40 minutes to get a new pizza, even though it was there mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Employees and supervisors both very nonchalant about the whole thing.

If you're a fan of thin crust (my favorite), here y'go. I eat vegan, so I skip the cheese and meats. A thin crust keeps the carbs low. Then load it up with five veggies. Perfect! Tastes like pizza should.

I picked up my pizza at around 6:00 PM yesterday.. two of the three employees were wearing gloves and masks, however the third had no mask. When I asked where his mask was, he responded , “in the back”. And he was constructing pizzas! Where is his supervisor?

Big fan of this fast food take and bake pizza joint. They are always consistent with their product and my kids always love it. The ingredients they use are top of the game considering the fast food, franchise element. The price point for their pizza is spot on with ongoing deals. Definitely my go to pizza spot.
