Ordered cortado, they didn't make it right
I used to love Peet's coffee. Recently the quality is not as before. The coffee is weaker and for latte they put 2 shots of coffee for lg and the same for med. Why do I pay extra just for more milk?

Great services but not tasty coffee.
Their room get restroom’s smell which is not good. They might need to train their worker well. They make the coffee like water is not acceptable. But all others are good.

Not what it used to be. Employees are nice, just don't know how to make coffee. Hands me a drink that is leaking everywhere and overfilled.

I want to thank the wonderful employees of Pete's for having a caring heart. My husband, a battery technician for AAA, was in the parking lot helping a member with battery troubles, in 100 degree temperatures. These wonderful employees brought his a bunch of iced water out to the parking lot when they saw him in distress. That is not service that you teach, but true caring spirit. Thank you to these wonderful workers.

The store should be open at 6am on Saturdays, I am standing outside at 6:05am and two employees are staring and me, ignoring me, and don’t even bother to open the door at 6:10. Very low level of management ???

ordered online and was told coffee is ready in 10min. then waited 30min still no coffee.
