Saturday afternoon, we needed a coffee. This is a great alternative to Starbucks. Less options in regards to fancy flavors, but a great plain cup of coffee and better pricing.

Ms. Willa Mae makes the best dry cappuccinos. Worth the drive from Alamo to be guaranteed the perfect dry cap. Bonus: she is also extremely nice.

The drinks in the store were really nice and tasty. I loved the way that their hot chocolate and pumpkin spice latte tasted. Their service was nice and really quick. You can order a drink at noon on a Saturday online, and get it very quickly. One Saturday morning, at around 8:30am, when I ordered online it took them 40min, but they're mostly on time! They keep their store really clean and nice! You can feel comfortable to sit anywhere. It's also a really nice place to study or finish any tasks you have, since it's really calm.

I always loved Peets coffee. Hope they continue their focus on coffee and not milk additives and food. Once all these stuff get in the rich coffee smell disappears.

Stale coffee. Bathrooms are always a complete disaster while lazy workers stand around and talk to eachother. Unbelievably disrespectful towards their most loyal customers of over 13 years. Worst location compared to other San Ramon stores and elsewhere.

Relatively fast service with good outdoor seating. I frequent this Peets on my way to Target. Parking can be tricky at times but considering the area, it's pretty normal.

They was a guy name Thalia that is a very bad service, I was saying hello múltiples time and HE didn't say hi to us, very bad actitud all of the stuff. I won't come back any more. Btw Tiara is a nice lady.

Me and my coworkers decided to come and check out this place. One of my kind coworkers said hi 3 times to a baristas face named "Thalia" he was so rude by looking us straight in the face without saying hi at all. So you can say the service was terrible from his part. If you don't want to work then call out don't ruin others peoples day.

They work at their own pace, online orders seems like priority so the people walking in will be waiting 15-20 minutes for a single drink. Staff is friendly but not efficient.

This Peet's is trash. I ordered a iced horchata oat milk latte. Not sure why it tasted so bad but figured out the barista used cold brew when it should have had 2 espresso shots not cold brew. Shouldn't you all know what is in your drinks.

HORRIBLEEven after placing the mobile order had to wait for 15 mins to get just black brewed coffee. That’s ridiculousThe staff is just chilling, chit chatting. Beyond a joke

I try to give the baristas a break, but consistently when I ask for regular milk, I can tell that they’ve used low-fat milk. Even though I asked for the light on the phone, they tend to have half phone and have coffee given the prices of what you’re paying for a cup the least they can do is to make sure that there’s adequate drink in a cup, you’re also asked to tip but tipping should be only applicable if you receive a good service. If you tip it is expected of you to tip without receiving good service. It really is a moot point.
