Have been to this location so many times and after a year or so of being out of state, I finally came back to this location and ordered 3 drinks and a cookie. The tiramisu drink tasted disgusting, although it was made so well at another location. The gingersnap was decent but not great. The winter bliss was given colder than lukewarm which made me upset. I went back to ask if I can get it heated up to be met with an attitude from the barista who made it. He even touched the drink to confirm if it was actually as cold as I claimed it was, as if I would be lying. Kind of ridiculous you get met with this type of service when the whole thing with Philz is “taste it and let me know if something should be fixed.” Waste of time and money and makes me feel unwelcome to come back. I used to speak so highly of this location, but now I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

If I could put no stars, I would. I usually go to this location, I’m very disheartened that I’ll never be coming back or support this location ever again. Pre-ordered a coffee & the new ham sandwhich. Upon my arrival, I noticed they were out of the food item. Asked if they could switch to a burrito, they let me know they’d do that right away. After asking two times, barista re-assured me it was being made. I noticed the barista ask minutes later, if the person handling food items had put it in (3rd time, where’s the communication?) Wasted at least 20 minutes on a food item I never got. Still have yet to be refunded after I demanded & left after wasting so much of my time. Seeing at least 10 people walk in & get their food item. Not only did they waste my time, they made me late for work when I showed up with plenty of time for a mishap that I didn’t even presume would happen. I believe the manager was also there, doing nothing but popping in & out of the back. Don’t know how much help that was for the busy baristas. Do yourself a favor & DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If anything, support a different location. I don’t foresee this ever getting better. Hope this reaches a descent person.

Waited 20+ minutes for 2 Large coffees when it wasn’t busy with 8+ people behind the counter. The coffee was not warm, & the barista mixed up our drinks. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was not a good experience. Hopefully they get better, since the location is nice.

Today, we ordered two iced mojito coffees at your store—drinks we’ve ordered more than 100 times. But this time, they were the worst we’ve ever had.
Although there were mint leaves floating on top, the drinks had no mint flavor whatsoever.
Were your employees properly trained? Or has the quality slipped because you no longer care? This experience was very disappointing.

The wait was long. I order a plain coffee and an ice green tea. Employee made coffee before the ice tea. By the time the ice tea was made, the coffee was no longer hot nor warm. I guess the show was making coffee was similar to a bar tender making a cocktail.

I’m a regular customer at this branch of Philz Coffee, but I’ve recently noticed some inconsistency in the flavor. This has happened three times in a row now. I usually order the medium Tesora, which used to have a deep, rich flavor, but lately, it tastes much more watered down. I’m not sure if this is due to the recipe changing or if the measurements aren’t being followed consistently by the staff. Has anyone else noticed a change in flavor recently?

Customer service was not friendly. I said my please and thank you's but they act like you are not there. Also drink was late even though the app said it was ready. When i got there, i realized the barista didnt even start making my drink yet.
