I’m a regular customer at this branch of Philz Coffee, but I’ve recently noticed some inconsistency in the flavor. This has happened three times in a row now. I usually order the medium Tesora, which used to have a deep, rich flavor, but lately, it tastes much more watered down. I’m not sure if this is due to the recipe changing or if the measurements aren’t being followed consistently by the staff. Has anyone else noticed a change in flavor recently?

Customer service was not friendly. I said my please and thank you's but they act like you are not there. Also drink was late even though the app said it was ready. When i got there, i realized the barista didnt even start making my drink yet.

I didn’t catch her name, but there’s a blonde girl who was working there this morning (Sat Nov 9) who helped me out. She had great situational awareness and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to her!
