Came in with a coupon for a free drink: didn’t say regular or large: they brought the bill and said since you got a large will give you a discount but it isn’t free. Coupon didn’t say that- total bait and switch.

Don’t order using the QR code in store. We placed a small order, waited for 25 minutes and asked why our food wasn’t ready. The server said the order didn’t go through despite assuring us they would check when we first made the order. She said she would manually put the order through, but that we would have to pay again at the register (even though i already paid on the app). She said that the charge on my card would be reversed, which I had no way of being sure of. But at that point, we were tired of waiting, so we left to go eat somewhere else.

What a gem! It's such an awesome place! I've tried their Thai iced tea with honey Boba, their FRESH spring rolls are so delicious! The pho we had were the brisket pho and vegetable pho!! Both are so fresh and delicious! Good service and chill atmosphere! Im becoming a regular! Writing this, im craving it!!!

Horrible service! My server was Veronica and was not attentive when taking my phone order. She had taken my order wrong and when correct was very rude about fixing it. Food was ok, noodles seemed overcooked

The Pho is wonderful! The hot and sour seafood soup is a personal favorite.

Excellent banh mi, served with pho broth. Also has its own tea shop in back -- good quality. Still haven't tried the pho (except the great broth) -- I keep ordering banh mi!

Some of the BEST pho I have had thus far. Very flavorful and I like that you can choose S M L sizes.

Great Bun Bo Hue in San Ramon. Not many places make it good with the right ingredients and this place is pretty darn close. Only missing the pork knuckle and blood cubes but that's OK. Soup is on point and lots of meat.

Staff is attentive and friendly. Place is always clean as well.

I'm very sad, I always order my halo halo and no beans, I always say no beans please and now the girl who prepared it for me put beans in it and I'm very disappointed and have to throw it away.

Excellent food including variety of Pho options. Friendly staff and they do a FANTASTIC job of packaging for take out to prevent spills and ensure you add in fresh ingredients when you are ready to eat.

The foods and atmosphere not bad.
I was try twice, but they were not really do an order by customers . It was took a little long , which I was expected just a Pho noodles.
They were should ask more details and it won’t go back forward and take more time.
However, that was just my observation. Hopefully they be able to make it differently.
Oh one of employees was asked about the foods.
I told him very true. The foods not bad, but they were just the services need a little to improve.
