It’s a nice clean place, with great Pho. The quality of Pho soup was great as well as the quality. We ordered Pho with Pork wonton, chicken and shrimp. Although I liked the soup, what disappointed me was the broken wantons, all of them had the meat out of the wonton. We also ordered a side of grilled pork, which was also a disappointment.My suggestion if you are visiting here is to stick to Pho and order their typical dishes. The soup quantity and quality along with the noddle and meat would not disappoint you.I would rather not experiment here. But overall a good experience.I would want to go here again

Super delicious! Service was great!! Highly recommend and they're open on Sundays! We ordered spring rolls and pho. The beef broth super flavorful. I chicken broth was also good but definitely getting beef next time.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one because this was the BEST pho I have ever had in my life and I will never be able to eat pho anywhere else now. I met the owner Lynn and she was the sweetest person ever. I came in for take out and she treated me like family. She gave me a glass of water while I was deciding what to get. The meat was tender and delicious and the broth was so good I could drink it by the bucket. This place is a 10/10 and I will be back many times. Thank you Lynn!

This is my favorite place to come for Pho. The only person who makes a better Pho broth is my mom. Their rice dishes are delicious too (pork chops, grilled steak, chicken). My daughter loves their fried rice. Lynn and Helen are Awesome! Great service with a smile. Some Vietnamese restaurants have good food, but their service is not warm and friendly like at Pho Saigon Noodle.

Came here craving some vietnamese food. Seating is great for families and small groups. Super friendly service. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and had a smile on their face. Food came out quickly. I had pho and the broth was flavorful. The pho noodles were chewy and bouncy. The meat quality was also good.Much different dining in versus ordering takeout imo

We went golfing at San Ramon golf course and after our rounds, we decided to have a late lunch. After checking Yelp, we found this place just right in front of the golf course. It's located in a commercial complex and it's near several restaurants. The place is not that big and we saw about 10 tables for dine-in. It's clean and we were met by the owner, Lyn. After looking at the menu, she recommended S1. It's a stir-fried cube-sized filet mignon with green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. It also has cilantro with a side salad and rice This order also came with a small hot soup. The beef was soft and tender. This meal is delicious and the portions are huge. The service is fast and the owner is so sweet. She made sure that our order is right. This place also serves Pho soup and different rice plates menus. If we play again at the San Ramon golf course, we will make it a point to stop at this place to have a late lunch.

To be honest I was initially worried the change in ownership, but it’s the same great tasting food, and same (or dare I say better) friendly service.Man I’ve missed this place, can’t wait to keep coming back for more.Going to let the clean bowls speak for themselves regarding the food quality.
