So I found out that the franchise owner is located in San Ramon and owns something like 500+ other stores. You'd think with all the customer complaints and calls to corporate that he'd get a clue. Especially living in and serving the community he calls home. This location used to be good. The staff was friendly and the food standards were exceeded leaving you with good food. Over the past 2 years I've seen the location go up and down. Currently it's being managed poorly again.It's very sad because I like Pizza Hut. This location is clearly not up to par. My pizza was cold and lacked taste. Hopefully corporate can get these issues resolved.

Look, I get it. There's a new guy... he's being trained. But it's Saturday night! I ordered a pizza for carry out. 30 minutes later (after waiting ten in line) I'm told the new guy is being taught to make a stuffed crust pizza. I blame the owners of this franchise! Get your lazy a** out here and work! If your restaurant is falling have some shame (disregard if you are not there due to poor health or a tragic event). The second star is for granting me the online price of $15 instead of $25!

Pizza hut has the best prices for stuffed crust pizza. Their combo deals are also a good deal for the money.

This place is awful for customer service and cannot be trusted. I called and ordered a pizza and was told there is a state of California service fee for all food businesses in California (Untrue). The service fee was $1.40 on a $14.99 order so a little over 9%. When I went to pick up my pizza they have a sign up that says due to the high cost of doing business in California they are charging a service fee. This is a choice by the franchise owner and is NOT a state of California fee! State fees would go to the state and not the franchise owners pockets. The Pizza is just passable, but lying to and misleading customers for a service fee is not acceptable. Here is an idea if your costs are so high try raising the menu prices and not charging a 9% fee!

I'm not sure why I gave this place another chance. I used to order it before I started my overnight shifts several years ago and it was fine. Last Sunday I pre-ordered on the app for Wrestlemania. I paid 75$ to feed my guests, I show up, and the place isn't even open. No one is inside, nothing. But they still accepted my money. I called the corporate phone number and they explained to me that not only could they not refund me until later in the week, they also couldn't transfer to my order to another store, and that I had no other options to get food for the night. I got a very relaxed email from someone inquiring about "a customer complaint" asking about my cc number for a refund, and after explaining I don't like the cavalier attitude about the inconvenience they offered to add a credit to my account. I did not receive an email with follow up, and nothing appears to have come of that. So I try again next week for their Game of Thrones promo. This time I select cash so there's no real issues if they decide not to open again. I call twice. No answer. I show up, and see 7 other people waiting to be looked at by the two staff they have working. I look at the board, they are over half an hour behind on expected ready times. I ordered my food four hours in advance. How much more warning do you need to have food ready for pick up within half an hour of the asked for time? I love me a pzone, but this isn't worth it.

It does not even deserve 1 star. Pizza always late... cannot keep promised time.. epic fail in customer service. In food industry.. one in business should be able to serve food quick without having cystomer wait for preorder more than 20 mins..most specially preorders.

This is the worst costumer service store I have ever been to the workers arguing in the back I waited 1 hour and what they told me is that they were out of doe and the manager who looked like he was in cloud 9 tried giving me some cold free pizza

Had to wait 50 minutes for piazza today. Other people were waiting over 1 hour. Very short handed and they won't tell you it would be an hour because nobody would order. Also had a hard time communicating English in this place! Wow I won't be back

Terrible terrible terrible.. avoid at all costs. I love Pizza hut but the pizza's we have got are really poor quality. I will not be going again for a while.

Ordered 2 large pizzas to go and received excellent customer service from Jose. He was extremely helpful with our order process. The pizzas were also good.

On Valentine's Day there was a promotion for a "Valentine's bundle" which included a heart shaped pizza and your choice of a dessert on the side. My plan was to surprise my boyfriend at work by getting one of these delivered to him. I placed the order online as soon as they opened to make sure it made it in time for his lunch break. I then received a call from one of the employees saying that they wouldn't have a delivery driver until a hour and a half past my scheduled delivery time. Okay, no problem. The employee I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful with changing my delivery time. However, the delivery driver (Steven) was the complete opposite. He ended up being late and sat in the parking lot of my boyfriends job for almost 20 minutes before even bothering to call me saying he was there. Ended up missing my boyfriends lunch hour, so that defeated the purpose of everything. I finally receive a call from him saying that he was sitting outside in the parking lot. When I placed the order that morning I specifically said it was being delivered to my boyfriends job and asked if they'd be able to go inside and ask for my boyfriend specifically because I wanted it to be a surprise. I was assured that wouldn't be an issue. But this Steven kid decided to sit out in the parking lot and never bothered to go inside. When I spoke to him on the phone I asked him if he went inside and asked for my boyfriend and he said no. Okay.. So I had to call my boyfriend at work and tell him to go outside (not so much of a surprise anymore..) but to top it all off my boyfriend said the delivery driver didn't even bother getting out of the car. My boyfriend had to walk out to the middle of the parking lot where he was sitting in his car on his phone. Steven was nothing but rude from start to finish and made it very clear he didn't want to be working. My boyfriend of course was thankful at the idea of what I was trying to do but the surprise was completely ruined because of the delivery driver and how careless he was...

I love Pizza Hut, but this is the second time they provide terrible service, waiting time is always 20 minutes more than expected and instead of finding ways to help you they take a "it is what it is approach." Strongly recommend a different Pizza Hut.

What is wrong with this place? They canceled my online orders twice and failed to inform me. On Nov 21st, I ordered a large pizza to be picked up later time. When I arrived at the store, they infromed me that they canceled my order due to shortage of supplies. They had 5 hours to tell me this. I drove extra 10 miles just to be infromed that my order isn't ready. Fast forward, on Nov 28th, I decided to give another try. Around 4P.M. I ordered another large pizza to be picked up in about an hour and a half. I arrived at the store, and they said ONCE AGAIN, they canceled my order due to shortage of staffs (and didn't let me know in advance). I saw two of pizza hut employees talking in the parking lot. Are they on strike? after two failed attempts, I am not driving extra miles just to be notified that my order is not ready.

Has to be the worst pizza hut ever. Totally mismanaged, always under staffed. They haven't learnt ever.
