I came in after 5 and ordered a custom pizza. Due to dietary restrictions, it’s challenging to find options when eating out & it can be stressful or embarrassing (IBS dietary restrictions). I asked if certain substitutions could be made and if the staff could use a different pizza cutter for mine because cross contamination has been an issue at other businesses. The young gentleman helping me was patient, respectful, and kind. I was able to tailor my pizza to accommodate my needs and he asked the chefs/staff to make the adjustments.
Service was fast and the pizza is delicious! I really appreciate the staff being able & willing to accommodate me all while being kind. Other food businesses haven’t been as accommodating or respectful so I made sure to show my appreciation with a good tip in the tip box.

For fellow IBS people who may be curious, here’s what I ordered: Olive oil (sauce sub), Miyokos vegan mozzarella cheese, spinach, olives, chicken, & bacon. My sensitivities are dairy, onion, & garlic. This pizza gave me no symptoms/ IBS episodes.

I love this place! When I really hungy I stop here cuz it really quick n the workers r really nice. Price is moderate but def worth it cuz it be good. A lil hard to sit inside because the place is not that big

The pizza was one of the best I have had in a long time. It was cooler outside than inside. There weren't enough chairs for my family to eat outside so we had to dine in. I had one napkin to wipe my chin and one to wipe the sweat from my forehead.

I grew up with pizza my heart in Santa Cruz and it's been a long time since I had it I didn't know about San Ramon location very nice and friendly staff great delicious pizza and clean place .

Love pizza my heart but have been disappointed with the service at this location the two times we have ordered pizza here. First time it took forever, but we have it another chance on Valentine’s Day. The cashier told us it would be forty minutes, but it took over an hour and twenty minutes, double the time. Luckily I wasn’t in a huge hurry that night but other customers were getting pretty upset and the staff just seemed really uncommunicative and unapologetic which felt a little off brand. Still loyal to Pizza My Heart but I’ll be sticking to the Dublin location for now! We did love the heart shaped pizzas though!

My wife and I came in here for some pizza. There were a bunch of kids handing out. They were sitting one or two at each table.The only table open was dirty.Bad service, the guy working was friends with the other kids.They need to get an adult in here at night.Will not come back.

I had a slice of pepperoni pizza. It fit the bill. Parking is easy. Go in and they will have 4 or 5 choices of pizza already prepared. They heat up your order in about a minute. Easy!
