I grew up with pizza my heart in Santa Cruz and it's been a long time since I had it I didn't know about San Ramon location very nice and friendly staff great delicious pizza and clean place .

Love pizza my heart but have been disappointed with the service at this location the two times we have ordered pizza here. First time it took forever, but we have it another chance on Valentine’s Day. The cashier told us it would be forty minutes, but it took over an hour and twenty minutes, double the time. Luckily I wasn’t in a huge hurry that night but other customers were getting pretty upset and the staff just seemed really uncommunicative and unapologetic which felt a little off brand. Still loyal to Pizza My Heart but I’ll be sticking to the Dublin location for now! We did love the heart shaped pizzas though!

My wife and I came in here for some pizza. There were a bunch of kids handing out. They were sitting one or two at each table.The only table open was dirty.Bad service, the guy working was friends with the other kids.They need to get an adult in here at night.Will not come back.

I had a slice of pepperoni pizza. It fit the bill. Parking is easy. Go in and they will have 4 or 5 choices of pizza already prepared. They heat up your order in about a minute. Easy!

This was my first time visiting Pizza My Heart ❤️. I was looking for something quick to eat, and my daughter (whose 3yo) saw pizza so we went! The prices for a slice was very reasonable I think it was $4 for cheese and $5 for pepperoni. They warm it up in the pizza oven. They are very cheesey, thin and crust ?The pizza maker was friendly, funny and gave my daughter a fruit snack ??.I loved the atmosphere with the pictures they had hanging up which appears to be local families a lot of surfers.If you have a child age 4-12, they get a free slice on their bday if you sign up ❤️Kid-friendliness: On your kid's birthday you get a free slice of pizza, from ages 4

We had take out for the first time 1 large 1 medium and 12 pieces of hot wings. For $97 .It was the worst pizza i ever had in my life terrible quality suggy and wings were the worst.I don't understand how they're in business we throw away everything
Their pizza is good. Taste like the pizza in the East Coast where I'm from. Customer service is always good. They sell big slices and different kinds instead of just cheese and pepperoni. Their pre made salads are very fresh also.Parking: Hardvto find parking at lunchtime. You may have to walk a bit..

We placed an order early in the day, to be picked up that evening, for a party we were hosting. I arrived at the scheduled time, and even though my pizzas were ready i had to wait 40+ minutes for a single order of wings. Service was horrible....no apology, no updates while I was waiting, everytime I asked they kept saying 'almost ready' regardless of how far along they were. When they were finally ready, they seemed annoyed that I had actually waited and they had to make them. Will NEVER order from here again.

The food was ok, the place was very hot inside and they beer choices were pretty sad. Pizza must have good beer or else what’s the point. They had taps with nothing on tap so maybe coming soon.
