Went to get takeout and was told it would take about 10-15 minutes to be done. Instead it took 38 minutes because they decided to make dine-in orders a priority. Felt discriminated against. Will never eat here again.

Ramen Hiroshi offers decent vegetarian noodles, which is a pleasant surprise for a spot located in a mall. The flavors were satisfying, and the noodles had a good texture. It’s a convenient place to grab a comforting bowl of ramen without venturing too far.
While it’s not the most outstanding ramen I’ve had, it’s definitely a solid option if you’re in the area and looking for something vegetarian-friendly. I’d happily return for another bow

Delicious ramen, edamame, and takoyakis. We come here regularly and it’s always good. The highlight is the Umami flavors in ramen, served hot and aldente, just like in Japan. Accompaniments pork charsiu, seedweed, bamboo shoots finish the bowl. Tonkotsu broth is rich and filling.
My girl likes the takoyaki and edamame too, which is always fresh and flavorful. Service is good and efficient. It can get busy, but they are usually timely.
Highly recommend.

Super yummy ramen. We ordered Hiroshi Tonkatsu Ramen with Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings. The broth was flavorful and the generous portion of pork belly slices simply melts in your mouth! Everything was good. Highly recommended this place!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Upon entering, the server didn’t greet us and simply pointed to a table from a distance. We sat down, and she left a dish with a thick sauce without explaining what it was. After handing us the menus, she quickly left and later returned to take our order. We ordered two veggie soups and a soda. About five minutes later, a cook brought out our food. The veggie soup was just okay, nothing special, and I didn’t even finish it. I felt it was overpriced compared to better ramen I've had elsewhere. After reading other reviews, I realize it wasn’t worth it, but I wanted to try it to see for myself. I won’t return. I’m giving 3 stars for the clean environment and dishes only. The customer service wasn’t great, but we still tipped $5.

Ordered the tonkotsu ramen. Nothing special. Broth and noodles were bland.

The service is a little bit slow but the ramen is very good. I ordered the vegetarian ramen and it comes with high quality noodles and decent broth. I might try their yuzu ramen next time. It was not busy on a week day, and I only see one staff member there. Would like to visit again.
Vegetarian options: Two ramen and one salad
Kid-friendliness: They have high chair for babies but no juice or other baby friendly options

Moved to the area a few days ago, and came here for the first time on a Wednesday night on a whim. Found out they do tonkatsu (not tonkotsu as in the broth) only on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
The kurobuta tonkatsu was surprisingly fantastic (pretty much almost as good as one could get back home in Japan).
The miso soup was not well-balanced (not enough miso), and the rice was a little dry and had subpar texture (not bouncy), but they probably don’t have enough customers ordering those enough to justify perfecting those. (After all, this place is advertised as a ramen place!)
Overall, five stars based on my first visit. Will do another review when I taste their ramen.

I have been to both the SF and San Ramon location. If you've been to either you will know what you will be getting. What I like about this place is that they offer Shio and Yuzu flavored broths in pork and chicken variations.I had the salted cucumbers as an appetizer. I'm pretty sure that the cucumbers didn't come slightly pickled. I do think they would be more balanced if they were slightly acidic to be a foil to the fatty ramen. If you aren't full you can order extra noodles.
