The best burger here is the Turkey burger. My favorite is the Sunny side which has an egg.The fries are cooked to order and excellent but the zucchini fries are greasy.

The burger I got the first time I ordered was supposed to have no pink however it very much had pink. Second time I ordered here the extra sauce I paid for was filled less than 1/3. There is also no separate line for pickup orders so the extra i paid for crispy fries was a waste as they were the same consistency as the regular fries by the time I was able to get my order. The burgers are good but for the price I am disappointed in the service and will likely not return.

I have had many burgers and I must say, Roam Artisan Burgers are the best I've had the pleasure to enjoy. Not only do they have a variety of different unique burgers, but they also sell artisan sodas. I ordered a burger with brie cheese and it reminded me of why the burger is one of America's most iconic foods. My highest praise for Roam is that I am excited for all future visits as I want to experience everything their menu has to offer.

Many varieties of burgers to choose from, To include a vegan option 100% grass for fed beef or bison. Definitely would come back to try another burger. I made a Patty melt with getting a grilled cheese and a bison burger.
This is our preferred and adored burger place. Roam does absolutely the best burgers in the Bay - go for their "create your own" option to satisfy any picky eater. On top of burgers, they have delicious and perfectly made soups. I can't wait for the pea soup to come back on the menu.
Roam is a great local chain, I've been to multiple locations for dine in and take-out. They can cater to multiple dietary restrictions (I'm gluten and dairy free) and have excellent burgers! Burgers are juicy and fries are crispy with generous servings. I love that they serve Buckwild beer too! On my last phone call to the restaurant the staff confirmed that their fryers are dedicated gluten free. Service is great at this location as well, friendly staff and are quick/accurate with preparing orders. Pricey but ingredients are fresh and good quality with great service.

Came in on a Saturday for lunch. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Food took 30-45 minutes to come out. Half the order didn’t arrive. The burger I did order was missing all the toppings but ketchup and mayo. It was a mess. The manager did attempt to make it right but it was a bad enough experience for me to decide I’ll never be back. Really unfortunate. Too many other decent options at city center to put up with such a bad experience.

Overpriced and burgers weren't that impressive for the price. 4 burgers and a milkshake for $130. They also had 5% employee mandate charge. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else. Should have gone to the Udon place next door. What a waste of money.
