Round Table Pizza Clubhouse

I was a regular customer, but after many fiasco’s at this location, I stopped ordering here. Today, after a long time, I decided to order here again and I got severely disappointed. When I arrived at the register, there was nobody there for a few minutes because the staff was outside re-arranging the patio furniture. Once they were done with that, one of the guys ran into the kitchen and grabbed the pizza in a rush. So much of a rush that he did not wash his hands after handling patio furniture, unless he washed his hands within 1 second, which I’m sure is not possible nor compliant with food safety codes.

Eventually, I got my pizza and at home I saw a burnt pizza. This explains why the employee skipped washing hands, he must’ve realized that the pizza was still in the oven.

This is not the first time that this location has dropped the ball when it comes to product and service quality. Wrong orders, burnt pizzas and a manager or employee (lady by the name of Fariba) who likes to argue over the phone about black pizzas, claiming that they are not burnt, then conveniently tells me that it is a mix-up and that they accidentally switched up orders, to finally start haggling about compensation.

Here’s an idea: train managers to be professional and competent so that employees will see and follow that same behavior. Does corporate have any quality control measures in place at all?

Messed up our order for a kids birthday party and they were not accommodating at ALL. We will never order from there again!!

They got my pickup order wrong, and didn't work with me on fixing it.

Fariba and the whole crew here are just great! Carryout pizza is always ready 20 min after I order it and it is perfectly cooked! This restaurant is very clean and welcoming.

We had the worst experience at this place. The food was good, but the customer service was terrible and we had the worst experience in recent years at any restaurant. The manager was terrible in providing customer service and his attitude towards customers was rude. I saw a customer who was upset when we walked in and it seems like this is an issue with the manager there in handling the situation. This spoiled our night and turned us away from Roundtable forever - not going again!

Was hung up on ten times tonight. Finally got through and they put me on hold for ten minutes. Rude when they did talk to me. NEVER GOING BACK!

If you’re alone and want pizza but alfred that you can not finish it, come here and order a personal size pizza, I like the Maui zaui and pair it it white wine and I enjoy it

I hear my mom trying to order and repeating the phone number for my relative 5 times. She was very nice through this. I am sick and want to sleep but was listening in to make sure the delivery went through. The lady didn’t know how to input the address either. A man goes on the phone and is rude trying to cut me off and talk over me as I’m explaining to him I’ve ordered from here multiple times. He’s trying to say we are not in the delivery zone I’m trying to tell him I’ve ordered plenty of times OFF MY PHONE NUMBER AND EVEN FURTHER AWAY FROM MY NEIGHBORS & it is only 0.3miles away. He continues yelling I tell him to not yell at me. I said clearly this is too difficult for you so I’ll order elsewhere (which I did Tandoori pizza in Blackhawk is better and closer anyways than pizza from down the hill). I think I know which woman it was that initially had issues because she helped me before she couldn’t comprehend basic responses and charged me for 3 ranch when I got none. Also messed up my order but I was just happy to receive an order. I will not be ordering from here anymore, another round table half a mile away is better and more competent

The pizza was fresh and delicious. The environment was really clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and the staff was very on top of keeping things clean and making sure we were doing OK. This will be our new stop whenever we're out this way.

Tried 2-different beers and both tasted like bad lines or something told lady working the counter and was like "Oh well" and still made me pay. Kids got cheese pizza, slightly burnt and hardly any sauce. Same response from lady. I said "Don't worry about offering a replacement, since that is the proper thing to do. I'll just let people know about the customer service."
One person I told said she and her friend had same experience regarding beer and couldn't finish pizza either.

Very nice place with excellent food. Way over priced for pizza, probably why we were the only two people there on a Saturday at dinner time.

What can I say? Its the best commercial franchise of pizza. I love to deliver a Round Table Pizza the aroma from the pizza is phenomenal. Keep up the good work and San Ramon Round Table Pizza is the best around

This is typically a take out place, but our family chose to dine in today. They make the best pizza ( cheese and veggie pizza), and their potato wedges is delicious!! This is our kids favorite local pizza place in the East Bay.
