Only a few options in the store were vegan, but they were clearly labeled, and the baker was able to point them out. Got the chocolate chip cookies, which were good, and a brownie, which was excellent. They also had a “chocolate lava bomb” that looked awesome and that I’ll try another time. The baker said you can order vegan cakes, but you have to call ahead of time and specify because most things have butter in them otherwise.

The customer service is not the most professional! The server boy asks customers to switch on the lights as we enter coz he is too busy standing inside the counter not doing anything !!! He makes the customers wait for a long time and doesn’t bother until he finishes his own work at the store! He feels too entitled to serve the customers and will only serve you if he is done with his work !!! Else you will just do all the work for him ! If they are understaffed then he should be polite and upfront about it instead of “bossing” around all the customers and giving a lot of attitude for the service we are paying them to do. He doesn’t wanna pack cakes in a box coz he says they will fall to the side so insists you sit in the site and eat ! Customer service is minus 1. The place can’t even take the food out of then storage are serve the customers esp family with elders and kids the least they can do is assist seniors n moms with kids . Jeez so much attitude for the waiter !!!

Great custom cakes, pastries and others. However, the front desk customer needs major update. We are frenquent customer for birthday cakes and deserts for adhoc occasions. Extremely slow in looking at customer line and processing checkouts, does not pack the order (saying it’s self pack), does not make an effort to look though and explain cake options, especially if it’s kept at opposite refrigerator. You are probably loosing customer in hand of slow/lack of motivated customer service team. I’m hopeful these services can be improved.

Being a vegetarian, I would definitely recommend this place. We come here for chai, snacks and cakes. Everything is so delicious. This is my kids favorite place too!

They spoiled the birthday celebration that was planned grandly with awful cake that has no name written on it. Promised when paying for the order, but during pickup time baker is not available so they gave name written on edible paper that looked very bad. I will not order cakes from this location anymore.

Ordered 3 cakes in last few months, different flavors. Pistachio, Mango and Tres leches. I was surprised, as the quality of cakes has gone down from few years ago, when this was home based business.
All of them were really dry inside; I did bring this to the owner's attention. I understand that some of the cakes can't be rich, but the third time I ordered Tres leches which should be moist, soaked and rich, but was completely dry and flavorless.
Please rework on your cakes.

This bakery seems to have no quality control on the food. We got Veggies puffs, cake and Tutti Fruti bun, which was very expensive in the first place.
Veggie Puff had potato filling in it which didn't feel fresh and felt more like Samosa. The bun was spoiled and had fungus on it.

If you need a vegan cake, definitely come through here! Their cakes are amazing. There are tons of different flavors, both Western and Eastern, so you won't be disappointed!

Quality does not meet the price. Items are pricey- single puff $5, samosa $2.50. The tutti fruity buns contains hardly any tutti fruits. Found a single piece on a bun.
