I used to go there often. Now I don't know if I'll be back. They had a worker, I think her name was Stephanie, but I haven't seen her in the last few days. She was very nice, very professional. I don't know where she is. It's disappointing about this restaurant. Maybe they treat good employees poorly. I don't know, but a great worker is gone.

I normally love this location, but today I ordered five drinks and it took 45 minutes to make. After paying $50 for it, all of them were not sweet, too icy, and not very good. I feel bad for the person that was working at the time because she was by herself with multiple orders coming in. They should really go back to 2 people working at a time, since there were other people that cancelled their orders because the wait was too long. Or at least if it’s one person, it shouldn’t be someone that’s new all by themselves, which seemed unfair to her.

They have a really large menu with a variety of Boba tea options in various flavors and styles. They also have milk and yogurt based drinks on the menu. They also have a vanilla flavored Ice Cream to which more toppings can be added. The good part is that you can reduce the amount of Boba in your orders by informing the attendant or choosing the option at the self service kiosk. The store has an ordering counter as well as a self ordering machine which is more convenient as it has a larger screen. The menu is clearly depicted across the store on screens and through posters on the wall and counters. There are a couple of table and few chairs for customers to sit on and enjoy. There is plenty of free parking outside the store. Visited almost at the closing time and placed a large order while only a single person was working primarily to close the store, yet she prepared and delivered the order with a smile. Great customer service and highly recommend this place.

I ordered three Sharetea drinks, and they added a ton of boba to them! I spent $45 and I'm really not happy about it. We ended up throwing the drinks away! They were for my kids, and they can’t drink them with all that boba! Someone seriously messed up my order, and we’re not pleased!

I LOVE SHARETEA! I go here every week and love this place, whenever I go to a diffrent boba shop I always conpair it to Sharetea. There hasn’t been a boba shop I have liked better then sharetea. Highly recommend for people who want to try boba
