Really awesome! Super cold.
The snow bowls taste great, but the shop is too small and there isn't enough seating and it also needs A/C
I've been going to Snow Bowl when it was MandRo Teahouse and when it was only one store in Fremont so when my friends invited us for shaved ice I was pleasantly surprised it's a new branch in the Tri Valley area. Nothing more to talk about as it's my favorite place for shaved ice whenever I have a chance in the East Bay. They changed their name which is smart because it's the shaved ice that sets them apart not the tea.
Even though it's using Bingsoo (which is Korean shaved ice) I'm fairly certain it's actually Chinese but who cares when it tastes good.
The plaza is big but it's right next to the McDonald's if you have a hard time finding it. Seating is somewhat limited and I think for shaved ice it's better to eat there rather than taking it to go. Service is good enough even if it's usually just one person. Tip is optional which is good. You order through a kiosk.
My favorite is the matcha or the original milk but mango is popular among kids.
Small cozy place for families and friends. Recommended.
This tasted like cheese. Solid experience.
Very good!
Tried the matcha red bean bingsoo! It was good but I would've preferred a stronger matcha taste. Good enough to try again for sure!
Just visited this store after checking their business hours. It says 12:30pm-10:30pm. However the owner closed the store
A paper on the glass door saying that we r open 3:30p.m. It's almost 100 F outside today and I and my friend just wasted our time & energy.
Delicious
My friends leisurely enjoyed their bowl of Mango Bingsoo. I, otoh, was diving in on mine with bigger and bigger spoonfuls, and before I knew it, my bowl was completely empty, leaving one of my friends wide-eyed and astonished at how quickly l'd finished.
Shaved Ice: unbelievably smooth and creamy, and it stayed impressively cold, maintaining its perfect texture without ever turning into a milky puddle.
Five Stars!

First time trying Korean Bingsoo, and the default Chocolate Bingsoo was underwhelming. Not sure if extra toppings would have helped, but as it was, it lacked flavor. I don’t have a big sweet tooth, but I still had to add condensed milk just to make it palatable. Wouldn’t try it again.
Such a delicious and fun place to grab dessert or meet a friend!

The shaved ice here is fantastic. Since we discovered this desert place last month, we have been coming back multiple times a week

It says Korean Style Bingsu, so I looked forward to it, but it's not Korean style for sure.
I ordered green tea Bingsu, but it was good that it wasn't sweet. But Injeolmi Toast was really disappointing.
The most uncomfortable part was that the younger boy, who appeared to be the owner's family, was constantly playing the game loudly, and the noise level was so loud that my head hurt, but when I tried to record it, I quit and went in and started another game. I will never visit again and I never recommend it.
