I ordered 2 sandwiches and they were divine as usual, but what was really great was the nice young man behind the counter tonight. It took a little while for my food to get made, but he was incredibly kind and let me know as soon as I walked in that he was working on my order. Kudos to him for his excellent customer service !!

Was excited to try this place. The ambience is really nice and the ingredients seem fresh. The clam chowder was excellent, however the brisket sandwich was too soggy. Ended up not eating most of it. The meal deal is about $23 without tip, expensive in my opinion for a soup, salad and drink.

Took me awhile to stop in here, but it's so true, good things come to those who wait. Then again, the fun I missed!?! Very clean and nicely put together. I like the menu, filled with hot and cold sandwiches, soup, salads, and BIG cookies. I ordered a 6" smoked brisket sandwich for about $12 served on a sourdough baguette. WOW. Loved it. Not as much meat as I would've like, but all in all, plenty. Lots of napkins needed as the lettuce, tomato, and fixin's make it kinda wet. Oh yeah, I'll be back.

Love my Italian sandwich. The atmosphere was very clean. The team that was working fantastic. Friendly, helpful in my decision and extremely patient with myself another customers. I would've given them a five star because they were so delicious but it was definitely a long wait for a sandwich. I'll be back no matter what just because of the team.

Came here for the first time. We got the Italian salad, the kids mac n cheese, and the bread bowl with brocoli cheddar soup. The service was nice and pretty quick for us, when we got in we were the only ones. Based on the reviews I thought the food would be better but I know it's like a fast food chain type place. The salad was OK nothing wrong with it but I wouldn't get it again. The Mac n cheese was bland and kinda mushy my son didn't eat. The bread bowl esp the bread part was good..all in all for a quick place its okay. I would not go out of my way to go here again though.

We got take out salads for lunch here today. The salads were delicious with fresh ingredients. Everything on the order of 5 lunches was correct. The bread here is amazing!

Placed our order for four sandwiches on line to speed things up. Instructions were that our order would be ready in 20 minutes from checkout. We arrive there in time but had to wait another 25 minutes whilst half a dozen folks that walked in while we were waiting got there orders before we got ours. Service and organization need work. The sandwiches were okay. No Dutch Crunch bread, though, which is a popular choice.

I would like to thank the manager who hired the staff because they are kind, cheerful, and pleasant. I was raised country, so you know I have an understanding of meat preparation. The Rueben/pastrami sandwich is always excellent. The food is tasty. The free pickle is a nice touch!

The food was really good too. I had an Italian sandwich and a cup of potato soup. I would definitely order both again. Prices are little high but that won't keep me from coming back (and portions were enough to take half home!) After driving by a million times, so happy I finally tried it.

Delicious bread - chewy but not too hard like some sourdough crusts can be. We got the turkey sandwich and the Italian as well as a cup of clam chowder and oatmeal raisin cookies. Everything was delicious. Nice, professional staff and allowed for easy customization of the sandwiches. Will definitely be a repeat customer
