The young ladies here are so helpful and sweet. Always going above and beyond. Service 10/10 atmosphere 10/10

The manager can so mean , suppose to be open 4:30 and she don’t want me open the door!!!

Usual starbucks faire. However counter staff brought it to me rather than just leave it on the pickup counter. That was unexpected.

I did leave my glasses behind accidentally and the staff there found them and kept them behind the counter for me. That was very much appreciated :)

Not so friendly any more

The service at this Starbucks is terrible. They are understaffed, and the wait time is extremely long. The servers are rude. They will not help you when you come in. Do not patronize this Starbucks!

Love this place! I usually mobile order but have also ordered at the counter. They have never messed up my drink order (more than can be said for a lot of Starbucks locations), they are always friendly, my drink is always ready on time or early, and the place is clean and comfortable.

No restrooms at that Starbucks. Lady at the counter said it’s outside the bagel shop and when you get to the bagel shop, it’s access code only. Would be nice if next time they tell you the code. 0 stars if I could. ?

I rate this place with a two starts today because the staff who was there when I picked up my order at 6:45am. was rude. She gave an evil eye whenI was getting in to the place and she didn’t respond my greetings. This is not the only employee who has been showing awful attitude when buying at this Starbucks location. Some of them are missing the good skills in customer service.

We had an exceptional experience at this location today! Loved meeting their barista Karla, a sweet woman who made our family and all customers she helped feel welcome and at home. She was a wonderful reminder that Starbucks fosters a true atmosphere of community. Here, families, friends, business partners etc. can all meet, enjoy a coffee or other crafted drink and snack as they spend quality time connecting with each other. Feeling blessed to know this location is a special spot our family’s “coffee dates” can meet and make special memories as we chat recap special events in our lives. We can’t wait for next time! Thank you so much Karla for you warmth and being our inspiration to appreciate this community!
