Starbucks products are ALWAUS good and the service is usually Excellent. However, Avery, working at 12:55pm on Saturday May 17 was awful!! Rude, bad manners just terrible. Does she want the job or not!!

I ordered an iced butterscotch latte and was given my drink with whip cream. I told the barista it usually doesn't come with whip cream. She told me it defaults but she'll remake it. As she remaking my drink, she proceeds to discuss how it's made to another barista with an attitude while I'm waiting for my drink. If you look on the Starbucks app, no where does it state whip cream comes on it nor have I ever had whip cream out on top. I do appreciate that she remade it but I don't appreciate being talking about. Work on your customer service.

This is my go to Starbucks for super early weekend mornings that I need to grab a breakfast sandwich or drink. It's close to the 680 freeway, so the locations allow me to hop on in to get my order and then hop onto the freeway. I just use the mobile order on the Starbucks app, which is really convenient. My regular breakfast order is the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Depending on my mood, I may go for the match green tea latter or the salted caramel mocha or the peach green tea. My order has always been ready when I arrived and I've experienced no issues. The location is a bit unexpected in the shopping center and probably easy to miss. However, I like that it's not as crowded on weekends and there's plenty of parking. Definitely a great location for my occasional Starbucks needs!

Starbucks isn't my usual choice for a cup of joe. the parking situation here isn't the best especially at peak hours. inside decor looks traditional as this is an older location. furniture looks danish-ish. brew: xmas blend (s. 2.10) -one of the better roasts from starbucks, -loads of flavor, not watery...smooth..habit forming drips: -not disliking starbucks' coffee per se, it doesn't fit my profile preference. *Italian roast, xmas blend are the exceptions.
Customer service people: Girl making my coffee dumped the coffee all over the table and her hand cup was dripping looked at the mess smiled and walked away. Wasn't even busy. I had to get her attention again to have a napkin to clean it off. This wasn't a small mess either. Any other Starbucks would've cleaned it up and made me a new coffee.

It's really not much to say about Starbucks. The store is clean. It was warm and dry on a rainy day. The staff are friendly. It seems to attract a nice crowd of customers. My drink was made correctly. Non-fat decaf crème brûlée latte with whip cream. It was ready in a couple of minutes. I didn't stay in the store. If I'm back in the area I will stop in again.

This Starbucks is pretty standard. Having said that, I keep asking for my coffee in a porcelain cup and they write that on the order but then they don't do it. I guess they're programmed to serve coffee in single-use paper cups with plastic lids. I'm trying to save some needless waste. Very disappointing.
