I just want to share how customer service at this location is going above and beyond! I came here to get some drinks and have a quick breakfast with my husband, 2yr daughter and my mother. After ordering my drinks we had a seat inside and we started talking and during my conversation I said “ohh I forgot to order the new protein foam drink and I said I wanted to try it, well maybe next time” we keep talking and eating and 5-7 min later a team member came and bring me this drink I wanted to try saying “we heard you wanted to try this drink, we hope you like it”. Omg they did not know it, but this MADE MY WEEK! I go to Starbucks everyday and I normally go to the Dublin locations because I live in Dublin. But the customer service has never been this way in this other locations. THANK YOU!!! And if there is something I can do for the team please let me know and I will! I appreciate the customer experience they provide us and thank you once again for it.

Extremely horrible service . I came in to just study and read my Bible and was approached to leave . The lead told me I can’t do that inside Starbucks and that I need to buy something or leave.i asked her , doing what ?? Reading my Bible ??? I have never been asked to leave ever ! Mind you I was not doing anything wrong I was only reading my Bible and studying. She told me that they enforcered a new rule but she yet to show me where . I will be contacting all her higher ups. This was not acceptable.

4 years after covid, milk/cream and sugar are still behind the counter. I'm like wth, I want to do it myself, why don't you put it out for self serve?! Nobody is going to die using cream or sugar people! Or if theft is the concern, say so! Covid excuse is lame!
