This store is the most slowest store to go to. You will be waiting forever to get your order. RidiculousI came again today which was 12/10/23 and they just ignored me and the two that ignore me was talking to each other and I had to get one of them attention because she walked by me and didn't help so I told her I was there to pick up an order so she started gathering it together and I can tell that she had a problem with me and I don't even know what I did to her. Some people over there need to get fired.

Long wait and incompetent workers waited 20 mins for my coffee gave me a iced when I asked for hot then when I had them remake it they gave me a drink that just tasted like milk and whip cream no taste of coffee what's so ever every disappointed

1 star is even too much for this location. They have the most incompetent workers. What's the point of taking my order if you're not going to give me what I ordered?? Then number of times they have messed up my drink order is ridiculous. Listening skills go a long way!

Starbucks Hot Chocolate and Pumpkin Spice Latte was really tasty! You can also customize how you like your drink to be with a variety of options!The service is really nice and very understanding of any confusions! They are also really quick with preparing the drinks, usually quicker than the pickup time!The ambiance is really calming. It's a great area to study and complete tasks with their calming music!

I usually visit the Starbucks at the marketplace near Trader Joe's, but today I happened to be on this side of San Ramon. It was my biggest regret this Monday; the wait time exceeded 30 minutes, and I had to send my drink back twice. Even on the third attempt, my drink was still wrong, and I just accepted the loss.
