A very busy place and their online orders a little slow but Starbucks has always been a go-to for drinks and food. I love the strawberry frap and most of their food. We also got the pumpkin cream cold brew and a matcha latte with pumpkin foam. Both were very good and well-spiced.

The place is awesome, everyone there is unique and cool. They even have a personal roller coaster in the target that you can ride around while waiting for drink!

Puppy Love Party

Worst service, rudest staff and the longest wait on Saturday mornings when you know there’s going be a ton of people there because of a farmers market. You can place a mobile order and it takes over half hour but if you walk into the store and place an order you can get it faster. These are not Starbucks standards that I am used to.

I tried the carmel crunch Frappuccino it was delicious ?. Lily the Barista was so nice and pleasant. I give her a 10 on customer service.

Iced coffee tasted terrible. Tasted COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than every other Starbucks. No offer to make a different drink as a replacement.

All the white kids working here are racist against Latinos. I had the white guy with semi long hair who thinks he's a body builder staring me down. He has an attitude problem and should not be serving the public full of minorities. Fire him. He makes horrible coffee on top of that.

The guy that work there a young kid with bushy hair. Needs more training on customers services etiquette. 1. Walk away from a customer that been waiting. 2. Never made eye contact or say something to customers. Just walk away after processing someone order and the guy cut in front of two people. Customers Services need a upgrade or class on etiquette. Don't walk away from a customers with out saying anything or even eye contacts. In another places that consider rude and disrespectful to customers. That will hurt the business. The rest of the crew was polite and respectful. If you need to clock out for lunch and process your lunch at Starbuck. At least say something to the customers " am sorry I need to clock out for lunch am overdue someone will be with you shortly I do apologize" did not say a word at all just walk away. Never been treated that way at Starbuck. At the same token he a young kid that needs training. Working with customers all day you should learn a thing or two. It seem like he doesn't want to be there or work there. He just going through the process of whatever he wants to do in the near future. If you unhappy with the work or job try something that will make you more happy and enjoying work environment.

Sent my kids in to get chocolate milk. Boys are 12 and 8. The asked for a Venti and got charged for a venti-but they were only given a shot's worth of chocolate milk and the rest whipped cream-didn't discovery until they already drank it. WTF is wrong with this location? Starbucks is known for good customer service and this one almost exclusively has bad reviews.
