This particular store refused to give me a glass of water. I brought up the CW California regulation of the human right to water. They said there’s a water fountain outside somewhere. This is the only Starbucks in all of California where I’ve ever been denied a glass of water.
Aside I have yet to have found said water fountain.

One of the female crew made me really uncomfortable. I ordered with my personal cup (which is also from Starbuck), and later she came to my table and be like did you order today like I am some sort of free loader. There are label on my cup that she can just check. Worst experience at Starbucks.

Andrew is awesome. Please provide blinds for customers and employees!! The sun is hitting everyone smack in the face - customers will spend more time and money if you provide tinted glasses or blinds.

Sana welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store. She made me feel so welcomed specially when she brought my chestnut prelene latte to me where I was sitting.
She made my latte so good.
It's the best service I've ever received at any starbucks. She made my day after hard day of work.

IF THERE WAS A WAY I COULD GIVE SANA 100 stars 🌟I would. I’m fortunate enough to be a regular at the Starbucks where my amazing friend Sana works, and every time I stop in, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to know her. It's not just about the coffee, although, let's be honest, she makes the best drinks, it’s about the atmosphere she creates and the way she makes every visit feel like a little moment of joy.

Sana’s not just a barista; she’s a true pro who takes the time to get to know her customers, and she’s always up for a good laugh. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked up to the counter and, without missing a beat, she asks me, “Are you sure you don’t want that decaf, your friend in line was just saying you might need to switch it up and go decaf!” It’s become a running joke between us because, apparently, I drink coffee at a pace that alarms people (thanks for that unsolicited advice, friend). But Sana, with her playful humor, always has the perfect response to make me smile no matter how many cups of coffee I’ve already had that day.

Now, aside from the playful banter, Sana’s smile is something I genuinely look forward to every time I visit. She has this contagious energy that can brighten up even the dreariest of mornings. I swear, the moment she greets you with that wide, welcoming smile, it feels like the whole room lights up. It’s not just her smile, though it’s the warmth she radiates. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel at home, even when you’re just there for a quick coffee run. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular like me, Sana’s cheerful demeanor creates an atmosphere where customers can’t help but be in a better mood when they leave. It’s almost impossible not to leave her line feeling a little bit happier, which is honestly a rare and precious quality in the world of retail.

As a barista, Sana knows her craft inside and out. You can tell she genuinely enjoys meeting people and takes pride in delivering the perfect drink, whether it’s a regular coffee
or a complex, custom order. I’ve never once had a drink made by her that wasn’t spot on. It’s clear that she’s dedicated to providing not just quality beverages, but a quality experience as well.

In short, if you find yourself at this Starbucks, don’t just go for the coffee—go for the Sana experience. She’s a perfect blend of skill, personality, and kindness, and she has a way of making even a simple coffee run feel like a little bright spot in your day. And hey, if you drink as much coffee as I do, be prepared for the occasional “Are you sure you don’t want that decaf?” reminder. It’s all in good fun, and part of what makes her such a great part of the team.

Thanks for all the great coffees, the laughs, and, of course, that infectious smile, Sana. You make every visit a little better.

Andrew - the barista sucks. I had a mobile order and wanted a cup of water but this guy refused to give me water but asked me to get in a big line to get water.

Good sized store in the City Centre. I still cannot figure out why it takes the baristas at Starbucks soooo long to make coffee drinks compared to other stores.
