Was only short 20 cents because I had no idea the prices all of sudden went up ???! Cashiers couldn't even help w 20 cents ! That's ridiculous! Won't be back and I was an everyday customer not no more ill keep my business at Greenville location in

This is the first time of me ever coming to a Starbucks and getting such horrible service this Starbucks was the worst it was obvious that the cashier did not want to be here ! She had an attitude was so unfriendly and rude!

We bought a few coffees for our group today, and they all turned out great. The service was also pleasant, with an adequate number of staff members to keep up with the demand for coffee. However, I did notice that the food service (not for our group) was a bit slower, and for some reason, my Android Watch was not working with their Google Pay system, which was a slight disappointment. But all in all, it was definitely a positive experience here today.

Located in the Bishop Ranch, it's always busy during weekend. I like the interior, it's spacious, modern, and plenty of seating. They give free pastries samples too, their scones are awesome.I'd love to give 5 stars, however minus 1 star because: 1. nobody clean the tables. 2. they're understaffed, so the wait is long even on quiet weekdays.

This place is super gross. 7am and the bathrooms were filthy as if they don't clean daily. No paper towels to dry off at the disgusting sink. The staff was not very friendly as one would expect from Starbucks. Not a fan of this location.
