Nicest staff I've met at Starbucks I dropped my coffee in the parking, they saw it and came out to get me a new one.

I've been coming to this establishment for the past three years and, off and on, experienced good and bad service. This past weekend, I came for my usual drink and found the doors locked at 3 pm. There were no signs on the door or anything; I had to hear from the customers outside that the staff closed early due to being short-staffed. I'm very disappointed. So, I won't be returning to this establishment, or any Starbucks, for that matter. Thank you to the few baristas I have met over the past three years who have taken the time to memorize my name and order and made me feel genuinely welcome.

We come here when we visit family as it is just across the street. The team here are so nice and helpful by far the best we have encountered we travel a lot and go to many Starbucks.

Starbucks never disappoints! This place can get crowded with the school close by. plenty if parking, located in a nice area.

Wasn’t impressed with the atmosphere of this Starbucks. When I use to come here one or two years ago the Starbucks was much more clean and upkept. Recently when you walk in you are greeted with lots of trash all over the place and unclean tables and chairs. Needs some update especially for how many customers use this Starbucks.

It’s got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They heated up Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia for my Mom, and it ended up bursting all over, so bad that it was all mushed up inside the bag. She wanted a replacement, but the staff there rejected her, saying that it is how it supposed to be. Before she left, she asked for a refill, due to the long line behind her, she gave the staff her card without looking at the amount. Only when she got home she found that she was charged for a croissant, $3.75! I can’t believe how they could bully an elder like that.

This location needs atleast 8 employees..currently there are just 4-5 and the people who are waiting to get their coffee are around 20-30 every morning..People will be in a hurry not to wait 1 hour for their coffee and morning

This Starbucks is worthless. Yet again order lost in the shuffle. Todays excuse - someone called off sick. Funny, seemed fully staffed just they put their worst in front of the coffee machines.
