Had a starbucks coupon and tried to use, new to bay area and did not know that the store does not take starbucks coupon. Used to live in san diego and both target and vons starbucks took coupon. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew, before ordering, I asked the Brista can I use my $3 coupon and he said yes. After my app show same receipt, I questioned the coupon and another barista told me they do not take coupon. But when i asked you before ordering, you said yes and confirmed twice, he explained he thought i mean the starbucks card not the coupon? Well, maybe my english is too bad to understand. I always use the app to order but this store does not take app order. Then I got my coffee and nitro cold brew has ice in it? I was disappointed and did not look at the coffee before I get to my car. The grande nitro cold brew has ice in it, definitely looks different than what i used to order. The taste is so different as well, not a regular nitro cold brew. The barista seems really nice to me and I do not want to get them too much trouble. I used to work in food industry before as a server and I know it is hard to get customer needs, but I do not think I had a big request today. However, I think the store need to get better management.

Ordered a caramel crunch frap and somehow the barusta in this starbucks knows how to make an awesome frap which is rarely compared to other starbucks stores!

I always take my order to go, a chai tea latte with soy milk is my go-to drink, and I really like the breakfast sandwich the bacon Brie egg sandwich

This Starbuck's location is inside of the Safeway grocery store. The grocery was pretty packed but Starbuck's was completely empty, i was the only person in line. The lady that served me was nice, she said Hi and Bye unlike some other place's. I felt welcomed, Thank you :)
The Starbucks has been remodeled and looks great! I went in try one of the new drinks and was greeted by Monika, she was really nice and helped me suggest something for my drink that really made it taste great. I appreciate that from the staff, I'll definitely be back thanks guys!!
