We all hate on this place and its owners but you know we’ll always be coming back to the hometown subway 😂 when I was like 16 they gave me a tuna sandwich instead of turkey and gaslight me into thinking I ordered it wrong, but the other day they folded my hg’s sandwich so bad I had to come back for vengeance on the Google review ✊🏼 the beef be lasting that long huh

When I tried to go there was no line but I had to wait 30 minutes to order. They only took my order when I started walking out to leave

The young lady there was throwing things into my bowl as if she is least interested in preparing that bowl. Wish I could give a zero for customer service.

Totally, I do not recommend this place. When did I get there? I asked them I could use the . I wanted to use it. The sink. I wanted to use the sink , I was told No vegetables were all old like a week ago. I do not recommend this place, the service has to be better.,,When I got here I asked if I could use the bathroom and they told me no, the bathroom is not public.

9:10pm. The store hours everywhere say: 8:30am-9:30pm
Coming into the store and the guy says: sorry we are closed, we close at 9:00pm. I asked him, why in the door says until 9:30pm?, he doesn’t answer anything.

These people don’t know anything. I told them MULTIPLE times i don’t want tomatoes, pickles, or onions and they put all that on TWICE. They also don’t speak English and were dirty.

If i could leave a 0 star i would, the lady in there was grabbing the raw onions with her fingers with no gloves and putting them in the bins. also the guy who did my sandwich was dropping lettuce on the prepping board and putting it back in my sandwich. I just walked out and threw my entire 16$ sub away and the inside garbage was full. NASTY!!!!!!! mind you i was the only customer there at the time as well so the fact the place looked like that is wild.

Ordered Foot long Veggie delight sandwich... There were hardly any vegetables in it despite choosing "more" option... It was like eating only a bread with some lettuce... This has happened for the second time... Usually I never give bad reviews... Can't help it... Sorry...

Pathetic service w/ a frown face by the guy that operates during the day. Looks like a student and it is unfortunate to have such a negative attitude while serving customers. This franchise needs some quality staff.
