i have no clue how this place has 2. Sukham is the best employee ive ever met super nice, great service. the inside is good too. By far the best subway layout ive seen, and it was clean inside. Food was also good, loaded with toppings. Honestly the best subway ive ever went to.

Terrible customer service. And this is not the first time! Too many to count. This time around the guy was on his airpods talking to someone the entire time. He barely listened to what we were saying engrossed in his conversation and trying to make a sandwich for us at the same time. We had to ask for things multiple times and he still missed them. When asked again he looked angry and annoyed. He also forgot to put napkins inside our bag then gave us 1 napkin when we asked for napkins AGAIN! He also said he couldn’t give us condiments on the side because I’m assuming because he didn’t have any but when I asked him again he went to the back grabbed one without a lid and haphazardly wrapped the container with plastic. he said he didn’t have any lids. We later discovered a royal mess in the bag because the mayo spilled and smeared all over inside the bag.

Might have been the worst experience at any Subway I have ever had. I ordered on the app with a coupon, but they cancelled my order by the time I reached the store. It is literally just Subway, how can one be so incompetent that they can't even do this right.

Dear Subway Team,
Iam writing to share my concerns regarding two recent experiences at your Subway. which have left me quite disappointed.
1. During my visit few months ago , I have noticed that the staff did not change their gloves when serving vegetarian items. This raised significant hygiene concerns for me. When I inquired about it, the employee defended their actions instead of addressing my concern. Additionally, I was charged twice for my order, which was frustrating, since I have returned the one of the food which was served without changing the gloves with less charge .
2. Today I spoke with another employee around 10 AM regarding a service issue. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, He dismissed me and remarked, “You play too much.” This response felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially as a paying customer.

As someone who values convenience, I’ve always appreciated having a Subway location so close to home. However, these negative experiences are causing me to consider visiting other locations further away, where I hope to receive better service. I kindly request that you address these issues by ensuring staff receive proper training on customer service and hygiene protocols. I believe this will help improve the experience for other customers in the future.
