My card was stolen from my online subway account and I tried calling to cancel the order before the person could pick up the sandwiches. When I called, the woman stated she couldn’t cancel the order without the customer’s name. I asked if she could look it up by the order number that I had from online or at least by what sandwiches were ordered since I didn’t know their name and she continued to state that she could not find the order without the customer name. I tried using my own name since it was my subway account and she said an order hasn’t been made under my name. How am I supposed to know their name if my card was stolen???? What’s the point of the “order number” listed on the order confirmation email??

Went to buy a veggie Patty footlong sandwich two days back. I was told veggie Patty is discontinued. They also mentioned that they have been taken off the price display. So I opted for veggie delight. When I went today, I was surprised to see veggie Patties. The person who attended to me today was present the other day as well. I asked her how veggie Patties were in stock. And she said that sub way was not giving them Patties and they only got it today after 20-25 days. And How they had to get a meat slicing machine because subway won’t give them sliced meat etc etc.I didn’t eat the sub last time but today I did. The bread was not fresh and was dry, sauces were put miserly. When I asked her to put chipotle southwest sauce, she put another sauce saying that the label was different but sauce was the same.I had gone there after a long time. The cleanliness has gone down, my sandwiches were badly wrapped and packed. Why the front people gave wrong information, I am not even mulling over it as I am never going to this subway outlet again!!

Don't bother putting curb side pick up. The workers and owner completely ignore it and won't tell you they don't do curb pick up. Save yourself the time and don't go here.

Place is dirty. They charge for everything. Bought a foot long sandwich and asked to wrap it in two halves. "That will be 50 cents." No thanks. Ate my sandwich there, tables are filthy dirty. After eating, my hands were sticky from the sweet onion sauce. Went to restroom to wash my hands. It was locked. I asked to wash my hands, they said to go next door to Peet's or walk across the far parking lot to Safeway. Really? ...with sticky hands.!!?? Also the sign out front says "freshly slicing". They used pre-sliced meats when I was there -- it was not FRESHLY SLICED. When making the sandwich, the standard is 12 slices of meat for a foot-long. They tried to rip me off and put 11 slices. When I pointed that out, she pretended ignorance and added one more slice.This was very disappointing and I won't be going back.

Poor produce quality. The lady put less than what she was supposed to for meat and forgot the avocado on both sandwiches. I asked to use the bathroom after I saw employee in there and she told me it was broken. Very bad experience and we won't go back

Water all over the floor by the soda machine area. Poor Customer service. And handing out wrong sandwiches to people. The girl there was really rude. Asked for jalapeños and the girl put like 2 pieces in my sandwich. Bad experience overall.

I love Subway normally but the employee working seemed rude and adds small amounts on your sandwich. It’s dry and I asked for more olives and onions and he put like 2 more olives and one little onion slice. C’mon man don’t be a grump.

Terrible customer service. Like the other reviews say, the staff is rude and not helpful. Worker was upset that I came in later at night even though they didn't close for another hour and a half. None of the meats and cheeses were in the display anymore. She said there was no sandwich of the day. She told me I can't come in this late with an order that has multiple sandwiches. I tried calling twice in advance to order ahead of time, but the voicemail box was full. I've never left a bad review on yelp before, so this should prove how bad my experience actually was. Never going back.

Feeling ripped off. I’ve never had a Subway sandwich with so little meat. I’m certain they’re using less than is standard.“Sandwich artist” applied very small amount of sauce. When I asked for more he added maybe a quarter of the original amount. Ordered to-go, man gave me the sandwich wrapped with no tape and no bag. Had to ask for these things. No air conditioning.

Worst ever!!!I tried to use a coupon but they told me it wasn't valid without any reason and the employee's attitude was very rude. I'm never going there again.
