The SLOWEST subway I've ever been into. There could be a line of 10 people over normal lunch hours and the workers show no sense of urgency. This is the third time I've experienced this here. It's a shame because I like subway a lot but will go elsewhere so I don't waste a third of my lunch break...Should not take me 20 minutes to get a sandwich.

I work in the area and needed to get a quick lunch for my 30 min break. I dont usually go to subway but again i needed something quick. Luke made me a beautiful sandwich and was fast and kind, I dont usually leave reviews but he deserves one.

My review is based on lack of customer service. For Mother's Day we ordered sandwiches to take to the beach. Placed the order online and order charged my credit card. Got to the Subway to pick up the order and they claim they do not have it. I show the clerk my confirmed order and even that they charged my card. The clerk would not make my order even though I showed her. She told me she only got one order this morning and it wasn't mine. She told me to call customer service. You can't even call Subway customer service!!! They direct you to an automated website. Terrible customer service. Will not visit this location again.

This is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen, is this place brand new? Maybe it's because of the Covid-19 right? I came in here for two reasons. First, to grab a sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Second, to see if my Subway gift card still works. Ok, so the Subway experience should be the same at every restaurant right? Well, I have to say "light mustard" because some guy at a Subway in Alameda hosed down my sandwich with a whole bottle of mustard. So at this place in San Ramon, I made it easy and said "Steak and Cheese with everything." Food grade (4/5): good sandwich, fresh veggies, decent amount of meat. Service Grade(5/5): Friendly and professional Overall 4.5

Cancelled my online order with no explanation and tried to play d**** I set this order hours in advance so there shouldn’t have been issues with the payment, I got the confirmation email saying it was cancelled 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick it up. If there was something you didn’t have, we could’ve at least made a compromise. No other subway in the area offers the 2 $5 footlongs so that was more salt added to the wound after having to come out here for nothing.
Management at this store needs to do better. I downloaded the app and ordered online specifically to save time. I made my order, got my receipt that I paid which showed my orders listed and made my way to the store. The store had no order in their system. I showed the attendant my receipt and she said she was not authorized to do anything. So she had to call her manager, who didn't answer right away and all the while I had to sit there and wait. All of this over $10, WHEN I CLEARLY HAS MY RECEIPT. She still had to let her Maher know and the manager did not immediately say, go ahead and make the customers order. But no, she had to have "proof" so she took a picture of the order on my phone texted to her manager, had more conversation, before she was make my sandwiches and let me go on my way. Bad customer service experience to say the least. Again over $10, with a receipt. I won't be going through that again!

To the asian lady that lets in 3-4 kids at a time to order and puts her hands in the cash register using the same gloves that she makes food with: you are putting people at risk. Also, Those 5-6 chairs in front of the case need another row of chairs behind them. People are still less than 6ft away from you and the food... If youre going to take safety measures, do it right. Or close until its safe to do things without proper distancing.

Been to many Subway shops in my life. This one is definitely the best. The place is always clean and the sandwich ingredients are always fresh. I emphasize FRESH because this is important. This Subway shop does it right!

Great selection of breads and sandwich stuffings. Quick and friendly service. Has a restroom. Good selection of soft drinks, just no coffee. Lots of different chips for you to choose from. Good location. Well light and near Alcosta and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
