After the subway in Dublin, California canceled my order as I was arriving and long after it had been accepted by the app, because they do not take promotions, I submitted a new order to san Ramon. It was ready within minutes, promotion accepted, service good. Amazing how such a simple right can lose you a customer life at one location and gain you a customer at another!

Would’ve given zero stars if possible. Came in 15 minutes to close door still open and was refused service because it was too close to closing. Why stay open until 9pm if you aren’t going to serve people.

I would have given zero-stars, since I was not served. Returned to this location and ordered a sandwich, like I did a week earlier [using a Subway national coupon]. Upon making my sandwich, the person noticed I had a coupon and stopped making my sandwich. He told me 'we no longer take coupons'. I asked why, since I used a coupon a week earlier. He tells me 'the owner [him...] no longer accepts any national coupons'. I said that was ludicrous, since most locations do and he did the previous week. He persisted/stated again, they were not accepting any coupons at his location. I think this is a predatory response to an illegal activity, especially since there are NO signs in the store, explaining this local 'policy'. While I totally understand, franchisee's run their own stores, it is illegal [in CA] for a national chain to 'decline' national coupons. I reported this establishment to the BBB and to Subway corporate - never to return again. So, instead of this location having business [me], now they have none of my business. No wonder so many Subway locations are closing. Their franchisee's have no clue........

They just need a little kindness, I asked him to heat up my sandwich and he didn't want to and even though he's right because it's a request it doesn't cost him anything to be accessible.

It's rebranded as something else. Scouts? Sports theme. Very helpful Associates and yummy food. Asked if they could put a hook in the rest room so there'd be a better place for my purse. They looked at at me oddly, but offered to put my purse behind the counter when I was using the restroom.

Didn't have any extra cash on me to tip, but definitely will make up for it next time because Juan made such an amazing sandwich! There was a bit of a line, but he breezed through the customers without missing a beat and maintained quality throughout. Thank you, Juan!

I had ordered 3 footlong sandwiches through the Subway App for pickup at 11:40AM on Friday, March 18, 2022. When I got there, there were 3 people waiting and only 1 employee working. As I waited for my order, I did notice there were lots of online/Subway app orders, and, shortly, the line went out the door. Although, I had to wait for my order, I must commend that employee who just kept working as fast as he could. I left a $10 tip for him, and, I hope he gets all of it. I wished I could of given more and hoped other customers tipped him as well. To that Subway employee, I appreciate your hard work.

They always prepare the sandwiches with a lot of fresh ingredients. I've been to other Subways in San Ramon and there is a big difference in quality.
