The staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. The young boy offered to remake my daughter’s drink, but left out the boba that I had paid extra for. When I asked about it, they insisted I throw away the original drink to get a new one, then refused to add the boba—claiming they weren’t giving me “free boba on top of a free drink,” even though it wasn’t free. I had confirmed with them beforehand that they would include the boba, but they went back on their word. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and integrity. I won’t be returning to this location or any T4 for that matter.
Best Thai milk tea chat 🔥🔥🔥
Great food and Boba! Even greater staff
Mango Milk Tea 🧋🥭
Good food and drinks for a reasonable price
I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working.
If you are the parent of a teen or a high-schooler, you will most likely find your kid in here lol - this is so popular with the San ramonioan kidlets & teenlets alike!
Their fried items are good, especially popcorn chicken, Flavored well and crispy. Drinks could be hit or miss, somewhat consistent. But close to home convenient for me. Plenty of parking at lot. Will continue to frequent.
The calamari was delightful, with its flavors and texture leaving a positive impression. The popcorn chicken was satisfactory, though not particularly remarkable. However, the other items, such as the sweet potato fries and lobster balls, fell short of expectations and lacked a memorable taste.
Staff members had trouble with the payment system, and couldn’t figure it out when I walked in around 11:10am. I asked for Basil Popcorn Chicken, but got Popcorn Chicken instead. Unprepared staff… chicken was great though!

It’s basic milk tea not bad but not the best. Some of the workers don’t have good customer service.

Very reasonable prices, snacks taste amazing and are freshly made. However, they take a few minutes to prepare and the spice levels tend to be very inconsistent

I used to work at the t4 location in Dublin years ago, so I decided to stop by at this location since I wanted affordable boba. Even though it's been years since I got boba at the t4 locations in the SR/Dublin area, i knew that they had to update their menu with something new at some point.Went in today to try their Guava Green Tea. I added boba into mine. Placed my order, and waited. Cashier was pretty much on their phone every other order. I was considering going to up the Chinese restaurant next door to order some take out, but I decided to stand and watch them make my one singular drinks. There were a few orders ahead of me, and their orders came out consistently. A guy who was making drinks was pretty much also on his phone every other drink that goes into the sealing machine. In my mind I'm like, "quit touching your phone, you're getting your phone all sticky and I don't want your phone germs in my drink." I noticed the other girl making drinks was making a new batch of tea. Her hair was longer than shoulder length and NOT TIED BACK. The girl ended up making my drink because she was new and needed to learn how to make the drink. (40 guava? I think it should be 50 in my opinion.)When she was taking her time to make her drink, it was around 5pm, the shift changing time. I noticed a lot of things. The guy who making the drinks was touching his face. The employee coming in for his shift didn't wash his hands. The person cashier guy touched his face before scooping out boba for another order. The girl finished making my drink and it was sealed. I waited to see how long it took for any of the guys to realize that the drink has been sitting there at the sealer. Took the guys 2 minutes to realize since the guy who was making drinks was on his phone (literally right next to the sealer) and the cashier guy looked at his phone after scooping out the boba. The girl was cleaning up the work station so I don't blame her. The person who came in for the 5 pm shift didn't clock in yet. After watching all of this, I came to the conclusion that the usage of personal phones is worse than Dublin (based on reviews after I left 2 years ago.) The employees at Dublin would go on their phone when they finished serving all orders that were placed and cleaned up their workstation before going onto their phones. At least they finished serving the customer, not check their phones after every one drink or an order like here.Drink was alright. I prefer Ding Tea's guava green tea but there isn't one around here. Not a lot of places would have guava but this is okay. I think I'll stick to grocery store guava fruit tea in Pleasanton for now. I would only come back here if i have an affordable boba craving. Tables were pretty clean. Music was at reasonable volume.Overall, I would've given this place a higher rating if they weren't on their phones so much.
