I used to work at the t4 location in Dublin years ago, so I decided to stop by at this location since I wanted affordable boba. Even though it's been years since I got boba at the t4 locations in the SR/Dublin area, i knew that they had to update their menu with something new at some point.Went in today to try their Guava Green Tea. I added boba into mine. Placed my order, and waited. Cashier was pretty much on their phone every other order. I was considering going to up the Chinese restaurant next door to order some take out, but I decided to stand and watch them make my one singular drinks. There were a few orders ahead of me, and their orders came out consistently. A guy who was making drinks was pretty much also on his phone every other drink that goes into the sealing machine. In my mind I'm like, "quit touching your phone, you're getting your phone all sticky and I don't want your phone germs in my drink." I noticed the other girl making drinks was making a new batch of tea. Her hair was longer than shoulder length and NOT TIED BACK. The girl ended up making my drink because she was new and needed to learn how to make the drink. (40 guava? I think it should be 50 in my opinion.)When she was taking her time to make her drink, it was around 5pm, the shift changing time. I noticed a lot of things. The guy who making the drinks was touching his face. The employee coming in for his shift didn't wash his hands. The person cashier guy touched his face before scooping out boba for another order. The girl finished making my drink and it was sealed. I waited to see how long it took for any of the guys to realize that the drink has been sitting there at the sealer. Took the guys 2 minutes to realize since the guy who was making drinks was on his phone (literally right next to the sealer) and the cashier guy looked at his phone after scooping out the boba. The girl was cleaning up the work station so I don't blame her. The person who came in for the 5 pm shift didn't clock in yet.After watching all of this, I came to the conclusion that the usage of personal phones is worse than Dublin (based on reviews after I left 2 years ago.) The employees at Dublin would go on their phone when they finished serving all orders that were placed and cleaned up their workstation before going onto their phones. At least they finished serving the customer, not check their phones after every one drink or an order like here.Drink was alright. I prefer Ding Tea's guava green tea but there isn't one around here. Not a lot of places would have guava but this is okay. I think I'll stick to grocery store guava fruit tea in Pleasanton for now. I would only come back here if i have an affordable boba craving. Tables were pretty clean. Music was at reasonable volume.Overall, I would've given this place a higher rating if they weren't on their phones so much.Parking: In Safeway PlazaKid-friendliness: Decaf options and smoothies.

Food is usually good quality, my issue is much more with the staff at the place. They are very rude and basically ignore you at the counter and are annoyed when they have to serve you... not to mention not responding when they're spoken to. The place definitely needs some better, more friendly staff.

Service was mediocre, however, they were pretty busy when I went. My taro milk tea drinks did not taste like taro at all, just tasted like water with some boba. The flavor was so faint, It's like they rushed making the drink so they barely added any powder to it. I only finished the boba in the drink because it was the only good thing about the drink. I won't be coming back.

I love T4, the Strawberry milkshake and the apple smoothie with aloe are the best. They also have great food such as the popcorn chicken and the curly fries, which are shown. Their takoyaki, potstickers and more are delicious. This T4 is always busy especially with teenagers and the workers have to deal with teenagers all the time so I support them and I hope they are not overwhelmed.

This T4 location is in a semi-busy plaza. The plaza itself looks nice, but the interior of the shop felt and looked a bit dirty and old. The service was not the best - the employees looked like they did not want to be there and they got easily annoyed when you tried asking them questions, even simple ones. I ordered the green tea topped with cream, mango smoothie, and popcorn chicken. The boba was a bit too chewy/soft, but the drinks were refreshing. Their popcorn chicken was tasty like usual, and I always enjoyed the one from this chain, compared to other boba shops because they have a good ratio of batter and chicken.
