Clean establishment. I really like the updated Kiosk look & feel. Service was relatively quick but it depends on the time of day. It's not a quiet place to choose for food digestion. Interior noise was loud in combination with people chatting can be unnerving for people with sound sensitivity, so you might want to get in & out! No Drive Thru! Food seemed good & fresh as can be for this type of eatery.

It's a Taco Bell. Giving it two stars for atmosphere is pretty generous. The food is not bad for fast food or fast Mexican food so that's between the three and the four and generally they don't screw it up. So I give it a four. Services pretty quick with the kiosks. You don't have to be a member. You can just go ahead enter in your order and pay. Or you can become a member collect points and you know that drill. Plenty of parking almost because it's pretty busy area at lunch time, but there's still parking available on a free lot and they're also other stores and places in the area.

Taco Bell's been here for quite a while it is one of the few cantinas I think in the area that sells alcohol large area for seating there is no drive-thru so that is one negative but I think that's because it's a cantina style very friendly service for the guy that helped me fast service zero complaints

I never been to a taco bell cantina, it felt weird but cool to see beer on the menu, lol
I never see any of the gaming consoles being used or on. Also everytime I go and order an adult beverage they are always unavailable. Always told they are out of order or something along those lines.

Ordered my food at the kiosk and was standing there for 10 minutes waiting for them to call my name. Two guys who ordered after me at the kiosk got their food called out to them and I said wait how are these guys getting their food when they ordered after me. I asked a lady who was cleaning the tables to check for me and when she went behind the counter my food was sitting there in a bag. Nobody called my name and I was standing right at a table in front of them. Now my food is freaking cold and soggy. And a picture of my hella melted Baja blast freeze they gave me. Shows you long my food was sitting there getting cold. What a waste of $20 terrible service

This establishment was not well maintained inside their restaurant. Not of the tables were wiped, floor looked dirty. The place wasn’t that busy, our order came out at a good time, they’re no counter help. They have 2 machines you place your order using a monitor and was easy to use, but it can be a problem for others and may take a longer time.
The cleanliness of this establishment was very poor.

I am so utterly disappointed… It’s was a full house today and I get the workers were stressed, but the guy at the kiosk disappointed me so much… I waited more than half an hour for my order that I ordered on the tablets. While I was waiting, I saw them calling out and preparing DoorDash orders. Shelves upon shelves of DoorDash orders they created laying out there, and very FEW doordashers were collecting them. Then, I decided to ask the guy about my order. He said “I don’t know when it will be ready.” I suggested that you guys are working so hard on DoorDash orders that no one is picking up, why don’t you guys start working on some in-house orders? I said this because most fast food places prioritize in-house orders over online orders. Why don’t they get some of the in-house orders out of the way for the customers who are ready to pick up their food? He rudely then said, “No I don’t wanna hear all that!” And basically threw a fit and said, “Why don’t you go somewhere else?!” And I tell him I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour, I do not want to hear that you don’t know when my food is going to get ready. I did my part and waited patiently… He rudely gave me a refund in cash when I paid with card. When I asked him about it, he rudely ignored me. A really disappointing experience. I get that you guys were busy but this was unprofessional and unorganized.
