Worst service. My daughter ordered a drink through TeaSpoon Mobile App and they prepared completely wrong order. When called to customer service Abi and she’s really so adamant to replace the drink, which was their mistake to start with, and she took 30 minutes to call us back. When asked for Manager, she’s not there it seems and we need to wait till the next day just to talk to their manager. Worst customer service ever and I would suggest you to completely avoid this store.

I ordered osmatos tea. It was amazing. It has special flavor. They have some free games for costumers. I enjoy my time there. I planned to visit them again soon. ??

I tried the best hot black tea (Osmanthus) - 50% sweetness. It was good. It was like a black tea with floral taste. They have multiple table games that you can enjoy for free.

It's okay. Good service, decent drinks. I prefer Boba Bliss! The snacks are interesting! Place is nice too.

When I came in I asked for a boba tea. Now don’t judge me but I like it hot and that is what I asked for. But, they decided to give me an iced boba tea I went and complained that it was cold. They could’ve just made another one. But instead they decided to scream at me arguing that I said “iced” and this was no ordinary scream, it was loud. I left with the cold boba tea that I had to throw away. That’s how threatened I felt when they screamed at me. Hopefully this review helps you.

Very nice boa shop with a variety of drinks. I always go to T4 bit I like that Teaspoon seems to have more premium ingredients. There are non caffeinated drinks that are available too!

Went in to order hojicha and just wanted a splash of the classic cream in the tea. I want some cream and with Teaspoons's ratio, it ends up with little tea flavor. But was told they can't adjust the cream and doesn't have the option to give me the cream of the side. The only milk they can adjust the amount is oat milk. I asked if it was because it's premade, told it was not. So not sure why they can't adjust the cream but can with oat milk when both are in liquid form ‍ Also was told that T4 is down the street and that they might be able to make such adjustments. Sadly, left without ordering anything and a bit offended to be told to go elsewhere when my request was just to put less cream in my drink. Standard scoop of cream is 2oz, I asked for half of that.

The menu offers a delightful array of options. Has a welcoming ambience, complemented by both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a single size option. Our favorite is the Mango on fire with Lychee boba.

I live by here but I rarely come here, not sure why. I used to go more to study however it's been a while. I came by because my food across the street had a forty minute wait, but the server was nice and the drink was refreshing. It was clean inside and cool so it's good to avoid the heat.

This is a very clean and relaxing place. Because of the heat today, it was very nice to be in the cool and refreshing place. However, their non-plastic straws are hand to drink through but their purpose is crucial. Drinks have always been delicious and I remember going on opening day. The lychee drink was refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry one was okay since I'm not a fan of coconut. The mango one what's always been my go-to and is very refreshing. The classic Thai Tea was refreshing although it contained a bit too much ice even though it was served with just the right amount of love.

This place is really cool. Very clean. I ordered Silky Mango one of their signature drink. I really enjoyed the music and the tea. Definitely I'll come again.

We got the taro drink and the strawberry piña colada. Both were delicious, but the strawberry one especially is a must-try.

If you want your boba fix, Teaspoon is a decent place to get it!Service is okay. They don't go above and beyond, they just do their job. Seems like they don't really want to be there but they try. Inside has a lot of space and the outside has a table in front. I needed some energy after a TJ's run, so I wanted to try the Red Bull Cocolada. They don't use all the Red Bull, so they give you the can with the rest. You're allowed to add 3 different toppings, so I picked Mango stars, lychee and coconut. They don't hold back with the toppings! They give a lot. The combination of the drink and toppings tasted really good. Reminded me of the islands. The coconut is pretty faint but you can taste it.Would come back to try other drinks because they all looked really good!

***3.5. Stars***After going to TJ, I needed some caffeine. Ordered the Dirty Ube for myself and my DD ordered the Ruby Fizz. Loved the Ruby Fizz. Nicely sweetened with bits of lychee. The Dirty Ube was a thirst quenching drink. However, there wasn't much ube flavor. Coffee was mild and not too strong

The people working were very nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I got the last of the boba at 6:30pm, so the people after me actually weren’t able to get boba in their drinks. I wonder when they stop making new boba. I was a little annoyed with no option for no ice, as I don’t like my drinks cold.Dietary restrictions: There is a non-dairy cream option at no charge and an oat milk option for a $1 charge. It was confusing, however, to know which drinks I could get with the non-dairy cream. I didn’t want to pay extra, but non-dairy cream wasn’t available for a couple of the drinks I was wanting.
