The food is very hit or miss so it's hard to rate the food. Some days the food is a 5 others it's a 1 the service is really good even when they are busy and the atmosphere is also always nice

I’d give zero stars if possible. I ordered online for a later time and they made my order immediately. My food sat for 30 mins before I could pick it up. I asked for it to be remade and they said I’d have to wait in line. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact head office. ☹️

I usually get the veggie burger from the Dublin branch and it’s always good. This time I tried the crispy chicken sandwich at the San Ramon branch and it was not good at all. The chicken was very dry and had a really weird shape and texture to it. Very disappointed

The food quality was really bad, my wife and I both had severe diarrhea after eating the food, the hygiene was really bad, the toilets were dirty, the customer service was really bad, especially the gentleman who took the food order was upset and rude.

Jasmine is an amazing employee here ! I just love the atmosphere and the people here ! Staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy . Jasmine was very friendly at the San Ramon habit . She was welcoming and provided amazing customer service ! I will definitely be coming back here !

Ordered 3 burgers for my birthday today. Opened the bag to see no burgers, only fries and patty for dogs. What a shame! Paid $60 with doordash for this? Who’s is running this restaurant? It’s my birthday and they left me hanging. Now i am rushing to order something else.

Got the classic charburger, fries, tempura green beabs and ranch.
I think what let me down about tje burger was that the only toppings were mayo tomato lettuce and pickle. Everything tasted fresh but didnt have a memorable flavor. My favorite was the green beans.

Not sure what happened here but one of their $10 burgers would fill my wife and I up. Tonight we ordered our usual and were sadly disappointed. I had to look for a minute to see if we were at McDonald’s. Looked like 1/8 pound burger in the bun.
Honestly, for the money, we would have happier at the golden arches tonight.

Burgers, fries, and pricing are better than In-N-Out. No drive-thru is a bit less convenient and they don't have as much customization but you get more food for the price and the charbroil flavor if you just want their standard burgers. They have peppers too, and mushroom is an option. I did have an order that omitted a paid extra (portobello on a portobello mushroom burger) in all of the many visits.

Also, they have Dr. Pepper if you're a fan.

Wow! Great burger, awesome service and fair price for a much better burger than you get at any fast food place!

Quick pick up experience. Food was solid. But my kids’ meals were missing the burger gummies.
