I usually go to multiple other branches and have had no issues with the food. Yesterday, I had my first issue with the cleanliness of the food. I found long hair inside my falafel. I also had stomach ache all evening/night. The manager acknowledged it but my feedback is to supervise the kitchen and the preparation process of their food.

We've ordered many times from here and have always had a good experience but the latest experience was so terrible that we'll probably never eat from here again. We found a big insect in one of the food bowls. The restaurant said that it's the first time it's happened so maybe it's a one off issue but hard for us to feel comfortable going back. (You can see the crushed insect which I accidentally bit into :/ )

I decided to try tks and was very disappointed in the service! I ordered a bowl with steak and as I was watching the cook transfer the steak from the grill to the bowl I watched him drop over half my meat on the ground. He gave me my bowl with two pieces of meat he looked at me as he dropped my steak and still bagged up my bowl and placed my meal at the window and walked away. very disappointed was really looking forward to my meal now I am angry that I paid $21 for a salad bowl
We ordered the steak wrap but upon pick up realized it's not halal. Jose immediately remedied the issue by replacing it with the halal lamb wrap without charging extra. He went above and beyond which is something rare in today's time. Good food too!
