The lot is a major disappointment. The employees are rude and irreverent. The food is sub par. Go somewhere else.
The seats are super comfortable recliners, and you can order food and drinks from the comfort of your seats when watching the movie.
We usually have a good experience at the Lot however yesterday has us reconsidering going back.
The theater was filthy it was not cleaned before the movie. The trash from the previous show was still everywhere.
We ordered coffee at 4:30 we got them cold at 5:24 so we asked for hot drinks. At 6pm I pressed my help button they answered it by 5 minutes before the movie ended and we never received our order.
