Came for lunch in the middle of the week and there was plenty of seating. Food was great along with the phenomenal view of the golf course.

This place is wonderful! Other than no one never answers the restaurant side and the voicemail is always full. They need better staff.

The view over the Golf Course is Lovely. the place was almost empty. food was tasty. We ordered the Salmon Main course and a steak sandwich. price is a little bit high. service was speedy and responsive. overall experience was pleasant.

Terrible service! Had a reservation but restaurant was not set up for service. Rude employees directed us to sit anywhere. Ignored us. We ended up leaving. Let the ride employees know and the just shrugged. Will not be back

To start they did not have our open table reservation. Felt like we were sitting in a hotel conference room. Rude, inattentive staff. Buffet food has been sitting out for hours.

Food is decent and view of the golf course is nice if dining outdoors. Service was beyond awful. Server never returned once to fill water, check on the table, or even give the check. Paid at the front on the way out.

Normally I do not comment but felt I needed to. I would give The View a 0 if I could. I made reservations for breakfast/lunch several days ahead of time to celebrate my baptism. I tried to follow up by phone and had to leave a message since no one answered. My call was never returned. When we arrived the hostess as well as one of the servers completely ignored us. When she finally acknowledged us I mentioned we had a reservation and proceeded to show her my confirmation. She very rudely indicated she did not have our reservation and said maybe she could seat us outside later on. It was too cold and windy to sit outside. I took a chance on this restaurant. I saw several comments regarding their service as well as reservations not appearing on their system. I should have listened to comments/posts I saw. My special day was rained on by the rudeness of their staff. I had to scramble to find another location to accommodate us. Thank you for ruining my special day! will not be returning, nor would I recommend The View.

Hidden gem!!The food is delicious. The service exceptional & the atmosphere outstanding. All tables face the golf course & u can see san ramon hills...beautiful !!Its also not as busy as the restaurants at city centre, so can actually enjoy the beautiful resort like setting. And on top of it the food is reasonably priced.

Parking: Huge free paking in front of the building

Easter brunch food was just ok & the price was twice what it should have been. Won't be back for any special occasions

They do not care for Open Table reservations, don't bother We walked into empty restaurant where staff was preparing for private birthday party. Noone bothered to inform us that place was not rven available. Why did they even confirm reservation ?

Serene country-club themed hidden corner serving predominantly American yet mildly fusion dishes. Well-prepared and flavorful delicacies parted with visual enjoyment from green grass at golf course, together offers a zen escape from city life. Recommend sitting outdoor with heater. Waitress sweet.

We drove out from Emeryville for a leisurely breakfast at about 11AM on a Tuesday before an afternoon round of golf. Pretty much had the open space to ourselves; there was a Christmas party happening in the closed space next to the open restaurant seating, but the noise was low and no bother. The view of the course below and the hills and stately homes in distance is fabulous. The food was good: I had a design-it-yourself omelet and my GF had a sort of breakfast super nachos dish that was quite tasty and more than adequate for another meal at home! The service was fast and attentive; the cost very reasonable. What a way to spend a warm winter's day.
