Ordered a combo and was startled by the price, an increase of over $2 since my last purchase of the Baconator. Food was fresh and fries were outstanding. Might as well as sit down somewhere for this price.

According to my statistics, this is the best Wendy's in the Bay: 90% always quality food, 88% always fresh cooking oil, %100 working soda dispenser machine and always clean! Thank you guys!

Typical Wendy's but the location has been remodeled and looks nice! Open til midnight so that's a plus! Usually fairly quick service!Parking: Limited on-site parking but plenty of street parkingKid-friendliness: Typical for a fast food restaurant

The Wendy's on San Ramon Valley Blvd is clean and the food is well prepared. When you get your burger, it looks like the picture.

I live 5mins from this place and get take out pretty often(Not after this incident). The past few months I noticed there was different staff and they can’t seem to get my order right every single time! Each time I order without lettuce, I always find the lettuce. What’s the point in having dietary restrictions when you want your Customers to eat what you serve?? Keep in mind I go off peak hours so I’m usually the only one in line so no excuse of being “busy”. But last night was an entirely different situation. Not only did they get my order wrong AGAIN but they also put the incorrect cheese for Ghost Pepper Ranch Sandwich ALONG WITH ITS PAPER!! How long does it take to check if you’re serving the right Sandwich to your Customers?? And with paper?? That’s just plain lazy! The fries are not fresh and crispy anymore like they used to be. Like what does the staff there even do?? This place needs to get their act together before it’s too late. For me and my family, we are not going back to Wendy’s again!

As a chain we've pretty much got what we expected. Which was good. However my wife and I have experienced a steady decline in the overall quality of the food served. Most recently my wife ordered the asiago chicken sandwich. When she ate it she found it was overcooked, dry, has no sauce and wilted lettuce. She ate a bite then removed portions to even eat. Now her stomach is upset. We will no longer purchase food there, why risk it?

Just left Wendy's, San Ramon w a take out order. I go there a lot because my grandkids love the frosty's. I don't think there has been a time that they have gotten the order right!! This time I went in to do the take out order, because it was easier for me to check the order than when I go through the drive-through. One time they missed 1/2 of an order, and because I can't really check it during the drive-through I went and parked across the street in a parking lot and found that they had messed up on the order so I had to go back through the drive-through to get the rest of that order! So today, when I went in, I really looked at the order, and made sure that everything was there! Got home and the Cobb salad we ordered didn't have the 2 pieces of bacon!!! It is not a super cheap salad for its size and they left off the most expensive item!!
