Been surprised lately by Wingstop and this location the cash register lady was sooo friendly. Got the combo and the fries were amazing too. Happy that their fountain drinks actually had flavor. Will deff be back and I hope she is working again.

I ordered here 4 times. First time order was actually correct. The second time I received boneless instead of classic wings. Third time I got someone else’s order. Fourth time my order was wrong and I only got garlic Parmesan and habanero instead of lemon and Hawaiian. Don’t know how they can mess this up so bad, it was all through DoorDash too so it’s documented!!

This location is run by an incompetent manager and staff. We ordered online through the online wingstop site with doordash pickup. This requires a 1hr delivery time, which is not the problem. At the one hour mark, we get notification by doordash that its not ready. A few minutes later we get a notification by Wingstop that order is cancelled. (Again after a full hours wait time). We called Wingstop to understand what happened, and the answers we got were incredulously incompetent with no understanding of how their own online ordering works. We did ask to get a discount on the reorder for the inconvenience of finding out so late, and we were told they couldn’t do discounts. Incompetent staff and no customer service.

Terrible location. Food is never good. The manager and all the. Employees are so rude. Half the time they are in the back just talking while people wait. And it’s not just once or twice it’s every time I’ve walked in. Changed “manager” asap. Horrible location

The worker…so rude. She asked me for my order, I stared to talk and then she interrupted me saying “CaN i HaVe A nAmE fOr ThE oRdEr” like she didn’t ask me a question already. The food didn’t taste good at all. The only thing that tasted good was the Dr.Pepper that I had. It is WAY overpriced and over rested. It did come out quick but it just wasn’t good. I ended up going somewhere else and giving the Winston to my dad.
