Terrible location. Food is never good. The manager and all the. Employees are so rude. Half the time they are in the back just talking while people wait. And it’s not just once or twice it’s every time I’ve walked in. Changed “manager” asap. Horrible location

The worker…so rude. She asked me for my order, I stared to talk and then she interrupted me saying “CaN i HaVe A nAmE fOr ThE oRdEr” like she didn’t ask me a question already. The food didn’t taste good at all. The only thing that tasted good was the Dr.Pepper that I had. It is WAY overpriced and over rested. It did come out quick but it just wasn’t good. I ended up going somewhere else and giving the Winston to my dad.

The food and service is amazing. There was a crowd of people and 2 people managed to make the orders quickly while taking more order. The food was good and nothing was missing. The inside is pretty empty. HThey have a couple of posters and a soda machine. No tables. But the room is very limited with a very small store.
I placed an online order, but my fries were missing when I picked it up. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were indifferent and dismissive beyond belief. They wouldn't acknowledge me or confirm that they’d make it right by bringing me fries, as I ordered. After a few minutes of silence, I asked the manager how long would it’d be and she curtly replied, "another 2 minutes, unless you want cold fries". She left to the back room and did not return. When I asked for the manager’s name so I could speak to the franchise owner, they refused to tell me. It was extremely disappointing to see how a small issue was handled so poorly. You have been warned: Avoid this place at all costs!
