Given the benefit of the doubt, this place isn’t as bad as people give it credit for. For a Wingstop joint, it’s functional and they are my emergency goto for late night delivery orders. Chicken and fry quality drastically varies, sometimes meh, but sometimes incredible; there are too many factors that cause food quality to drop or rise, but it certainly functions.

I went in today 3/16 at 8pm, placed my rather large order at 7:30pm. They told me it would take about 25 or so minutes. I have to say, we should all be kind to those employees. There was only 2 of them working and they were working HARD. there was a girl working the cash register and helping the guy make food. It does not seem like an easy job and they were killing it. My order was ready relatively close to the time that she said it would be and it was good. Good job team of 2!!

My son wanted to give his brother a back-to-school treat and he ordered from here. The meals were ready by the time I arrived for pick-up, It was neatly packed. The wings were great. All the flavours ordered were a 10/10 the Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, BBQ, and spicy Korean

Ordered online and went to the store, was told they are making the order and would take a couple minutes. End up waiting in store for about 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 10 wings. When asked they said they thought I was waiting for door dash..this is a joke right…

The waiting area is filthy, the floors are sticky and although the employees try, the food is often not ready when it's supposed to be. There's a single table tucked in the corner where you can sit and watch staff members repeatedly tell a cramped room of frustrated patrons that their orders aren't ready yet and that the restroom is for employees only. This is a hit or miss, poorly-managed franchise. But hey, at least there's a cool wooden propeller bolted to the wall!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The staff that work here have extremely poor service and are super rude! Placed an order online to be picked up on a Friday night. Discovered order was made incorrectly upon getting home (instead of 18 lemon pepper wings was given 18 hot original). Called the store to report error and requested replacement but staff kept saying they did not make any mistake and refused to replace or refund. Decided to bring entire order back and showed them the error in person then staff requested to have the wings to move around so they can see if any lemon pepper wings underneath even though clearly there were none! We paid over 80 bucks for the stupid order and to be treated like a criminal being accused of lying when clearly they were the one that made the mistake was just ridiculous! Good luck to this location. We will never ever return again after being a customer for over 10 years! SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING!!!!!

They don’t permit use restrooms to delivery boys. I never saw this type employees. She said restrooms for just employees.. they do disrespect delivery guys..

Worst experience ever. I do not write reviews, because my presumption is that I pay money for food and I expect to get it and to be good. There were three servers, I was the only customer and it took them 25+ minutes to prepare my sandwich. There was just one more online order before mine. I asked them twice about it. At the end , they tried to explain me the process.... I don't really care, because it's way too long.... It's a failed process. And I tipped them 20%....I will never go back there again.

This place has shitty service. I placed an online order to pick up, went there to pick up my order, gave my name and the incompetent individual working the front said we don't have your order without even looking. I gave my name again, asked if there was another WingStop in San Ramon then was told she gave my order to someone else. No apology, just oh someone with that same name just came to pick up that order. She wasn't trying to replace my order. It was an oh someone already pick up that order. I don't have a common name so that's impossible. Someone in the back had to loudly say we will remake. I went back to my car, then heard my name on a loud speaker. Went back into pick up my order and told her I figure out how that happened by saying the guy heard my name on the loud speaker outside. Dumb ass said, omg mistakes happens. I'm sorry but this Dumbass shouldn't be working in customer service at all. She's not professional, rude, and doesn't pay attention to detail. Also maybe make the change of not calling out a name on a loud speaker so food isn't practically stolen. I like WingStop but I'll never go to this location again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to get wings here last night they messed up on the order. The owner asked me to come back. I got harrassed for not having the receipt. The workers threatened to call the cops because they did NOT believe their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. Awful customer service all for 10 wings. WOW. I walked out and left. Yes of course I called corporate.
