Tyson at the SR (The Lot) location went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even spoke to me in my own language (not his first language)! The food was delicious! I recommend this place!

I have been coming to this World Wrapps spot for years now, and aside from the fact that the food is just delicious? The customer service is beyond outstanding!
The food has fresh and delicious ingredients, perfectly proportioned to where you feel satisfied with every meal. But what makes this place really special are the employees. Anya is so sweet and remembered my order from just one time she assisted me. Her and other employees like Cesar are such a pleasure to see and engage with. Everyone is amiable, and you truly feel appreciated as a customer, whether you are doing take-out or enjoying your meal dining in. I will drive from wherever just to have a good meal and relax while doing so. I can’t recommend enough! Love this place!

It's not often you get amazing service and great food at the same place. Elvis was very welcoming and friendly. Made great suggestions and was attentive throughout to ensure everything was good. The steak chimichurri was awesome and the sauce was delicious. Fresh ingredients and right amount of seasoning.
