It's pretty great good sushi. Pretty fast if you're looking for a work lunch spot.
The only thing good here was the tempura. The miso soup was not hot. Chicken katsu was too dry and hard. Sashimi did not seem too fresh.
Sat on the patio and had one of their lunch specials, 3 piece sashimi with a spicey tuna roll, miso soup and salad. The sashimi (tuna and hamachi) was very fresh aand large cuts, and the roll was just the perfect amount of spice and also generous in size. Good value and quality for the amount received.

Great sushi and Japanese food, don't be put off by location and decor, food is fresh and well prepared. Always friendly and prompt service, plus food prep is speedy and efficient.
Good sushi! The service was just a little unfriendly. Definitely not bad enough that I'd stay away, just something they could work on. Decent place.

Like anything else, I have had my share of good and bad. Though for me, over the last 15 years I have been going here I have yet to be dissatisfied. Friendly, good natured people and the food is amazing. The prices are in line as well. I really enjoy going to Yanagi Too, and so do the people I have recommended them to.
Amazing food!! Excellent customer service!! Good pricing!! Excellent portion size!! Life long customer here. I've been enjoying their wonderful food for over 5 years now!! This is a must try you won't be sorry.
